My stay was magnificent with all of the extra amenities. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the shower. My coffee machine broke; however, I ordered a delicious latte. I am surprised that a well-established place like Beacon Grand is not using Keurig. I was told there would be some complimentary items; however, the message I received was not shared with incoming staff. The items included water, wine, and charcuterie board. I only received the water. The Starlight was star lit!

Dec 29, 2024Great old but updated grand hotel. The Starlight room on the top floor is an stump accommodatio and location are great.
The room doors are a bit heavy because they are from the original hotel. The pillows are very soft. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The overall accommodations and location are wonderful. The staff is very attentive. The. Starlight Room is the best view in the city.

Christmas time
The remodel is wonderful on the hotel Room was clean and good sized for the city Perfect location Room service was good and there’s a Starbucks right next store for east morning coffee We didn’t go into the bar or restaurant but looked really fun too

Brilliant - 5 stars.
Visiting over the Christmas holidays we enjoyed an absolutely wonderful evening at the Beacon Grand. Delicious food, delightful attentive staff, everyone made us feel very welcome! The hotel is great, a perfect balance of history and tasteful remodeled.

Annual Christmas visit
Leif, Veronica and Angelo... excellent customer service; responsive, professional, friendly . ...just good people. Hotel room spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable beds. Fantastic location. The Post Room is a lovely location for cocktails. Will return.
