Feb 17, 2025Nothing to do no shows of the restaurants aren’t good
It was my first time in Reno. I’ve been to your properties of Vegas numerous times I was disappointed at the set up. I didn’t really like your restaurant settings. Couldn’t find any good chicken wings had an issue with your coffee shop that they don’t butter or put the cream cheese on the bagel we don’t do it that way where we liveand I was disappointed that you didn’t have any shows. I came to your space specifically because I saw you at a comedy club and then I realized you don’t run it all the time you should give people options when they’re there.

Great stay, love the resort. Heated pool, gym nice and spa. Excellent restaurants. Friendly employees. Good parking. Shuttle service to airport. Good location right in the center of city. Rental car service in the lobby (enterprise car rental).

Cocktail service was ridiculous. 2 hours on slot machine and no drink. Machines were very tight. I finally found a slot machine that I liked, but had to leave because the smell that was coming from the bathroom was so bad. It smelled like a mixture of sewage and ammonia. It was so bad people leaving restroom had their shirts pulled up over the face.

I stayed at the Silver Legacy on night during a business trip when travelling through. The room was good. Spacious, nice views and clean. The restaurants on side were ok. And it was fun to see and watch everything what was going on. Nice brewery. Maybe not the typical business trip hotel but definitely fun to see it once.

How every full service/4 star hotel should be! IMPRESSIVE!!
Everything from check in to check out has been top notch- which I have to admit from the reviews, I did not expect! Mikaela at check in was so very helpful and pleasant- like she truly enjoyed helping us! Angel,Jessica and Jordan at the 24hr cafe/bar were very pleasant and made some great drinks! Maelou at the salon took me last minute while she was on her lunch to accommodate me and was so friendly about it! Our housekeeper, Maria was so thorough and sweet- kept our room spotless! I honestly did not expect it and I am thoroughly impressed with the service and cleanliness of the hotel! I would 100% stay here again!
