    Pleasure all around.

    The pillows were the fluffiest I ever felt. The coffee from Carson City was delicious. The martinis at Roxy's were superb. I absolutely loved that they opt into the city's program for service animals, and my animal and I have a wonderful and accommodating stay whereby we were welcomed and it was OK that he was still in training and learning (though of course he was in behavioral control at all times). This place cares about doing good things and the view of the mountains are exemplary, as always. Lost money gambling, of course, but that is to be expected!

    Magical

    Nice rooms and good location, with lots of good restaurants around. The best thing was the Christmas on Ice show at the El Dorado. The skating was world class, and the dancers and singers created a visual and audio experience that made the hour literally fly by.

    Check in was so easy

    Customer service is amazing. The rooms were comfortable. Very clean and pillows fluffy wish there was a microwave. Coffee was good easy access to all vending etc we had an adjoining room with friends and family. We will be back to stay and play

    Great rooms

    A great room at a super price. Comfortable king bed, good TV, large walk-in shower, and fast elevators. check-in was easy. We didn't use the casino and found the rest of the place relatively easy to navigate. Parking was free and accessible and a bonus.

    Great Stay

    The receptionist was friendly and very fast. The bottles of water as a welcome gift are an excellent idea. Every employee I interacted with was very friendly. I was on the 16th floor, very quiet and comfortable. I definitely highly recommend, especially for the price.
