Second visit and still very happy with this place. Nice sized and quiet rooms. Busy but not overwhelming lobby. Besides the early entry - great option to stay near parks. Our go to in this area and happy for it. Stayed previously October 2023.

Another amazing stay within minutes to Disney parks!
Another amazing stay at the Signia Hilton Bonnet Creek. The location is superb and the service and grounds are exceptional. Maryanne and Kaitlyn at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we had a spectacular stay. Alisha, Priscilla and Amanda made themselves available through the hotel text line and quickly responded to any inquiries or requests we made. This is my go to hotel when visiting the Disney parks. They are within 5 minutes to the parks and the hotel offers shuttle service to the jerks as well as Disney springs.

Amazing hospitality !!!
Maryanne, working at the front desk, was genuinely so kind & helpful. Her hospitality is top tier & she is amazing at the job she does. Cannot thank her enough, she is an essential part to the Signia Hotel. I will definitely be returning back to this property because of her.

Jan 03, 2025Suprised not up to standard!
Booked two connecting rooms. Upon arrival it seemed perfect! Getting into the room - one had a dirty towel hanging off the rack. The other had a bag of toys and fruit leftover from another family. The toilet was broken and not properly fixed after numerous calls. Ran all night keeping us up. The keys to one room never worked and we always had to go through one door upon arrival or give our teens our room key. Several text messages sent back and forth throughout the stay with little resolution while there. Upon leaving shared our concerns and were offered to dismiss the resort fees for one room and add some additional points to our account. We ate at several high end restaurants at Hilton and at the Waldorf next door which were both excellent! Leaving feeling underwhelmed by lack of resolution while on property and inconvenience overall. Little sleep with a toilet running all night and walking in to dirty towel hanging just felt ick. Perhaps an off week with the holidays. Great location and ambiance.

Jan 02, 2025Hilton Bonnet Creek Disappointing for the first time in a decade
The Hilton Bonnet Creek is our choice for Orlando and has been for a decade. The hotel itself is still great but the pool needs an update and would benefit from proper maintenance / modern upgrades — especially true of the hot tubs (aka warm water without jets). Unless things change, we won’t be back again.
