직원분들이 매우 친절해요
리셉션데스크부터 룸클리너까지 모든 직원들이 매우 친절해요. Especially, Roger, thank you for your kindness. Your smile makes us so happy! 뷰와 위치가 좋아요 와이파이가 너무 느려서 없는것과 같다는게 유일하게 아쉬운 점이에요

Location location location
On our second trip to Hawaii we chose to stay at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, a massive 1600 room resort. As you would expect from a hotel of this size can be a bit chaotic with the amount of people it can accommodate. We happened to arrive at the same moment a large banquet function was letting out and the drive was a bit backed up and took a minute to get in. We were told it’s not always like this, and we were thankful they were right. However, you will encounter lines at times. We happened to grab breakfast around 7:30 am and was able to get right in. By the time we left, there were about 20 people waiting to be seated. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met with a smile. The spirit of aloha was apparent with everyone we interacted with. Sheratons outside the continental US are a step above and offer exceptional service. The resort’s location is unbeatable, right on the stunning Waikiki Beach, offering breathtaking ocean views and easy access to all the local attractions. The rooms are beautifully renovated, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. We had a partial ocean, but primarily city view. It was what we booked but the front desk agent did his best to give us the best room he could, even though they were sold out, and we didn’t ask for any upgrade. He offered some different options, which allowed us to choose, and we were happy with our choice. We still woke up to the sound of the waves and the sight of Diamond Head in the distance. With Bonvoy status you get complimentary continental breakfast which you can upgrade if you want. During our stay everything was ala carte with no buffet offered at Kai Market the restaurant. We stuck with the continental which was basic, fruit, yogurt and granola oatmeal, pastries and coffee or juices. Basic, plenty for a light breakfast. The trade of the massive size and all the people that come with it are the amenities. The resort’s pools are fantastic, especially the infinity pool which offers a serene escape with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. For those looking to stay active, the fitness center is well-equipped, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy, from beach yoga to paddleboarding, and even ukulele lessons if you are so inspired. The resort also has excellent facilities for events, with spacious meeting rooms and beautiful outdoor spaces. Overall, the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort exceeded all my expectations. You also get some reciprocal privileges at sister resorts. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, a romantic getaway, or even a business trip. I can’t wait to return and experience the magic of Waikiki once again!

Absolutely Slayed!
What an amazing hotel! Stayed here for the holidays with my family and we had such an amazing experience! The staff is so helpful and accommodating! The views are impeccable and the beds are comfy and clean! We had fellow named Roger on our floor who was a part of the cleaning crew, and he always filled our days with smiles and laughter and added the cherry on top to this vacation! 10/10 would reccommend!

Christmas and New Years in Honolulu…high expectations. Our family had 3 rooms. Titanium Marriott Status…
I booked this resort 4 months in advance. I spent more than 1.6m Bonvoy points. I put in my requests for adjoining rooms, put in request for ocean view…put in a request for high floor, put in a request for late checkout as we had a 855pm flight. Of all the requests, they gave me the 27th floor out if 31. The others…nope! 1600 rooms in the hotel, and I could not get 1 room that was connected/adjoining with my Titanium status at Marriott? A joke! This is not an all inclusive resort, I knew I was going to pay quite a bit for food, but $18 for a virgin Pina colada…crazy! $62/day per room for the resort fee??? WiFi didn’t work and no choice for enhanced WiFi… $62/day resort fee when they ran out of pool Towels every day! Great location…but with 1600 rooms and 2 “smallish” pools and 50 umbrellas and chairs on the beach only accommodates 1/10th of the hotel…ridiculous! The rooms were great! Staff was accommodating. But…the taking care of your most loyal customer…awful! And no regard for “let me see what I can do”…. Marriott is slipping! 1 yes, to so many No’s!

Amazing staff member—Tiare—makes our son’s stay special every time!
This review mostly reflects our experience with a member of the Sheraton team—Tiare! The Sheraton offers really cool experiences such as Koi feeding and Tiare (who typically leads the experience) has given our 9-year-old son amazing memories for the past few years—she gives all of the kids detailed explanations about the fish, other sea life, birds, and local culture during the daily event. The hotel is in a great location and has countless amenities and very personal touches from the amazing staff.
