Dirty and Outdated with a High Price Tag
My recent stay at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. In my room, the mini fridge cabinet was in poor condition, badly scratched and damaged upon arrival. The fridge itself was wobbly and unstable. I’d planned to use a mobile key through the hotel app, but despite entering my arrival time, it wasn’t ready upon check-in; it only became available at 9 AM the following day. Upkeep felt subpar throughout the property. The common areas showed visible wear, with cracked and dirty lobby walls and escalators that did not function. The cleanliness of the ice room on the 13th floor was concerning, with noticeably dirty floors, and other hallway areas needed better care. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guest experiences.

Consistent quality
The overall stay at the hotel was five stars. I found the room to be very comfortable ,clean and spacious. The staff couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. The breakfast choice was good as was the quality. The location is perfect if you want to spend time in the city.

Front Desk A++ Service
Joy at the front desk has amazing customer service and was a bright spot on my travel day. Her attentive nature and friendly attitude is inspiring. Room was acceptable and access to downtown Raleigh is an amazing amenity. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Customer Service
The hotel was great and very clean. The restaraunt downstairsis reasonably priced with many great options. Customer service was exceptional, with Joy being more than willing to accommodate after some charging issues with the business credit card. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks Joy!

Above and Beyond!
Love the hotel. Came back my first night from hating a wine dinner for Sangiacomo Family wines and there was a Party in the room next door. Chilled for about 15 minutes to see how it would progress. There was just too much base. Called down not to complain but looking for a solution. Dominic was on the job. Had me changed to a new room. Someone there to move all my bags and settled. Kudos to him. Dominic also made sure my wine delivery to the hotel was collected and delivered to me.
