James & Tyreese from front desk

Just wanted to take the time to make sure James and Tyreese at the front desk made my stay very memorable and fun. Ive never had a check-in experience in my life so welcoming. Personality and charisma goes a long way!! Recognition is the least I can do.

    Great front desk service!

James was the most pleasant front desk attendant I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in years. He was very thorough with the check in process and was able to answer all of my questions. He was even able to make suggestions on places to eat and where to find entertainment.

    Super Responsive

We are having the best banquet service with Sarah Bolger, mark Robinson, Kathy Householder, Dorothy Dandrea and Diep. On time, super responsive, and very customer focused!! Working well as a team and anticipating our needs. This is only feedback from lunch. I know we are being well taken care of.

    toxic environment

this hotel is not safe for solo women. another guest and I were minding our own business on the couch in the lobby when a security officer Bryan came to us and started talking to us in a very rude, disrespectful way. He kept asking us to show our keycards and wanted our full names to check with the front desk if we were really guests. He used other very insulting words with us which I DO NOT wish to mention in this review. He later lured me into giving my name and email to him with the excuse that someone will reach out to me so I can complain to them about him, and later seemed to have to taken my name and email to the front desk to check my guest status. This place is the most disrespectful and toxic. Please do not go here ever. If I do not get an apology from this hotel within just a few hours, I'm losing all respect for Marriott.

    Great hotel, great service

Fantastic. I'm a bit of a hotel snob and this place checked all my boxes; clean, quiet, and excellent service. As a bonus, the restaurant was very good and had a nice selection of local beers. Waitstaff was amazing. I wish I could remember our waitresses name, but as with all the staff, she had been there for years.
