    Don't go there!

The room was very cold, they told us a story about their turning on the heat only if the outside temperature is quite cold (but they had no problem to pump cold air otherwise). We had to ask for extra blankets for the night. When I took the shower the first day, I used the rain shower but water was leaking outside, flooding the bathroom. So we used the hand shower on the other days. On the last day, while using the hand shower, I slipped and broke two ribs (did X-rays only when I returned home, so I could not tell the hotel about the accident then). Breakfast is substandard. Overall a big waste of money.

    Great stay

We stayed at another place nearby and it was just awful so we decided to leave that place and found a room here. It was much more expensive than the previous place but it was so worth it. The room was bright and clean. The sleep quality was phenomenal and we were not afraid to venture here at night expecting what we’d encountered at the previous place. We had a great night’s sleep in comfort and were well rested for the next full day at Disney.

    Exceptional service

Can’t say enough great things about the service here. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Krystal at the front desk was so helpful and kind and accommodating. Floretta at “Savor” was so wonderful. It’s a beautiful Property and my family loved it.

Hotel is great in so many ways

Hotel is lovely , clean , and updated . All employees kind and responsive. Had an issue with the AC and engineering came right away . Housekeeping very nice and came daily . Restaurant food was good and employees there very attentive . I’d definitely stay there again .

Convenient, but that's it. Average is the word.

We stayed here to visit Disneyland, we appreciated that it was close and within walking distance to Disneyland. We usually like Sheraton properties but this one was average at best. Staff was friendly and efficient at the restaurant, food was decent and tasty. As a platinum member I was upgraded to nothing, I was given breakfast and club lounge access for me and my wife, so the bare minimum for an elite member. No upgrades whatsoever. I did not like the layout of the building and there was not enough elevators for this large property. The hotel didn't feel very polished, but the guestrooms were clean enough and renovated, but not especially spacious. Parking is expensive, but it's the norm for hotels in this area (money grab regardless). The value proposition is poor, prices are sometimes very high, we got a fair price this time. I would recommend if you want to walk to Disneyland, are loyal to Marriott Bonvoy and want to earn points and you are getting a good price. I don't expect to return to Disneyland for a couple of years, I would stay elsewhere next time. It was either this Sheraton or the Marriott Anaheim, should've stayed with the latter.
