Walking distance to Disney parks
Room 434. This hotel was okay. Staff were nice, the bartender in the bar was the best staff member we interacted with. Guest services were fast when we requested facial tissues and a wine opener. We were disappointed because our balcony was not full size. It was more of a Juliet balcony. They should mention this on their website. The placement of the TV was weird. It was hard to watch TV in bed, and you couldn’t move the TV. We did like the bathroom. It had plenty of counter space and an additional table to set things on. The only true amenity was the proximity to the parks. It was about a 10 minute walk.

Another great stay at this excellent hotel
Another December trip to Anaheim and no hesitation in booking at the Sheraton Park again. This is the second time we've stayed since the refurbishment and it's not let us down. Great helpful staff, clean spacious rooms, this time facing the Park on the 12th floor - what a treat. Great breakfast room. Will be back.

Wonderful Christmas and New Year Stay
Senior Couple - 65+. Recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for the 6th time for 14 nights. Please ignore any negative reviews. People will complain just for the sake of it. This is an excellent hotel with great prices, especially for the hotel facilities available. Every Staff Member we encountered provided us with faultless service from the moment you arrive at the hotel entrance, until you leave. Rooms are spotless, beds and pillows were so comfortable. If you can afford a suite, book it just for the room size. We have no complaints and have already made tentative bookings to return in October 2025, for Halloween!!! Thankyou Kindest Regards Carol Morris and Michael Dowsey - Sydney, Australia

Warning! No proper Air Conditioning in this hotel
Beware, there is NO proper air conditioning in this hotel! I paid for the premium room on a higher floor and the AC is non existent so every night it’s in the 70s in my room which for me, is too hot to sleep. It’s my prerogative to sleep in a cold room, I don’t care what the temperature is outside. I’ve had 3 sleepless nights here on my Disney vacation with my family. I’ve had to sleep with the balcony door open during some of the biggest wildfires in the areas history meaning smoke pollution all night, not to mention its bright, loud, and so I’ve had to stuff uncomfortable ear plugs down my ears just to try and get rest after 15 hours in the parks. Two nights in a row I was told a manager would contact me but that never happened. I’m laying here on my third sleepless night and have made the decision to check out a day early. Reception (not the manager) offered to move my room but told me I’d experience the same problem so really all they could do was bring me a janky, old tower fan. Pathetic, I’ll never stay here again and in-fact, this experience has turned me off Marriott hotels totally. Also the Club Lounge is not worth it, breakfast is a joke, and the food at the hotel restaurant is terrible. My family had our first meal here the first night we were here and the calamari came out cold and when we told the waitress SHE TOUCHED OUR FOOD I guess in attempt to make sure we weren’t lying! After touching it with her bare hands, she sends it back, and 100% the same gross plate of food came back again! On top of that we ordered a 2 kids dinners to split between the 11, 6, and 4 year olds since they are finicky eaters and the 3 adults ordered a couple meals and then also a salad to split and the waitress kept questioning our decision in her efforts to upsell us since our party of 6 automatically had 20% gratuity added to bill. Asked several times if we are sure that will be enough food, like we don’t know the kids or our ourselves and how much we are going to eat. Horrible stay all around, you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.
