Good.
Decent experience, room was clean with a cute balcony. The staff was top tier friendly and helpful!! The coffee bar was rather pricey, once we figured out going to the market down the street was much cheaper, we did that every morning. Biggest upset is that we were told we had to put a card down for $300 for room damages. I felt like that was a lot but I've had to put cards down before and then once the room was cleared, I have been refunded. The charge was never dropped so we called and were told that it was for resort fees. There was a miscommunication there as we thought we'd already paid for the room and that charge would be refunded. Overall, good experience.

Not the best
Overall, the room was large, nicely appointed, with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunrise. The hall of our building, especially outside the ice machine/ laundry area, the elevator, and the entry smelled awful. It smelled like a garbage bin that had been out in the heat for a while. Every time we entered the building, the smell took our breath away. The elevator and hall were very dirty and someone spilled granola or something right outside the entry to the elevator and it never got vacuumed anytime over our last 3 days. It was still on the floor when we checked out and it was obvious so the housekeeping staff could not have missed seeing it. The food that we had at the tiki hut by the pool ( nachos and chicken fingers were below average but the poke bowl had good tuna but was mostly plain white rice with no soy or seasoning. We would not stay at this Sheraton location again for all the reasons mentioned.

Maria a d Micah did a great job
Maria and Micah at the front deck went to a lot of trouble to help us extend our stay. They are clearly customer focused and left us with a great impression of this resort. Beautiful grounds, great service and a wonderful room. Highly recommend.

Great Guest Service
Virgie at the reception desk was very helpful when we checked in. We were there for my husband’s birthday and she put us in a fantastic suite (437). It exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed our stay despite the rain and we will be back on our next visit!

Nice hotel but isolated
The check in statt was friendly, but had to ask how to get breakfast benefit we paid for. Room was nice, but the pillows were flat tires...all 4 of them. The hotel room was nice with a very small balcony. Only one real restaurant on property and 2 snack bars to choose from. Nothing is really close by within walking distance, especially for a person with mobility problems. Hotel should have wheelchairs or mobility scooters available, or even a golfcart available to get around to nearby restrauants and shopping. The bicycles were a nice touch if you can ride one. If your older and have trouble getting around, stay somewhere else.
