Great Location and Pool for Families!
Perfect location that is walkable to many of the Chicago sights (on both sides of the river). Parking was easy and our room was clean. The pool was big, warm, and had great views of the city, lake and river. This was the perfect place for watching the annual turning the river green for St. Patrick’s Day. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Chicago!

One of Chicago's best
We were greeted by Suzanne S. at the concierge desk and we had questions about the hotel and she took us on a personal tour and we are very excited about returning. We tried out the breakfast buffet and the food was excellent with lots of choices and David K did an excellent job waiting on us. My wife and I have both achieved Titanium for life and I would say that this is one of Chicago's finest for the value.

A Smart Way To Stay 🛏️
The check-in service for Marriot Bonvoy members was good. Our Suite was big and clean when we arrived. We did have a bit of a problem with room service and communicating with the front desk on floor 5 was hard too. The lobby was big and there was a Starbucks on the lower lobby front. We stayed for 4 days.

Sheraton Riverwalk
The Sheraton is a nice hotel, a bit vintage with a 90's vibe. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the parking garage under the hotel. Although it is owned by the city of Chicago, the elevators have been out of commission for weeks. I see people trudging up the stairs with their suitcases and I feel that something should be said. I only go with work equipment, not big suitcases. I hope they get this fixed soon, especially before spring break and summer.

Mose a Class Act
Mose is a class act! He is a stellar employee. I was very impressed with his high level of customer service. I have not always experienced welcoming and positive customer service at this hotel. Mose has renewed my desire to stay at this hotel. He should be promoted to a higher position!
