    Excellent hotel!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I can surely declare that this hotel follows all high standards. I have almost nothing negative to mention about my stay. First of all, I can point out the hotel’s great location, which is in the heart of Chicago, right on the Riverwalk. It is very easy to move around the center of Chicago; the location is super convenient. Plus, you have a very easy walk to Chicago’s famous Navy Pier, and the hotel is very close to Lake Michigan. The hotel is very beautiful on the inside; I liked its design a lot. Even though it is designed in classic Sheraton vibes, which may seem old-fashioned, the aesthetic of the decor is very high. The hotel was ideally clean every single day during my entire stay. My check-in was very fast and easy. My pre-arrival requests, like early check-in to my room at 1 p.m., a high floor, and a nice city view, were realized, and finally, my check-in was smooth, and I was very happy with my room. By the way, all the hotel’s staff were extremely nice, friendly, and professional. My room (#2606) was super spacious! I absolutely loved its nice design. The room was ideally clean, and all the furniture was in very good condition. Two big windows gave a lot of natural daylight inside, which made me very happy. I do not like dark rooms. I truly enjoyed a super comfortable king-size bed. A large closet was a big plus. The bathroom was big enough to feel comfortable in. But I have to be honest that I did not like its super basic design much. I wish it were updated. Plus, I was disappointed with the small, low-raised bathtub, which barely fit me (I am 6’ tall). I wish it were bigger! Also, the shower head did not work perfectly; the water splashed all over. Another design minus which I hated was that the toilet was right next to the bathtub. I wish there was more space between them. But the good news is that the bathroom amenities were of a very high quality and smelled very nice! Wi-Fi was working super fast during my entire stay. My room was completely soundproof, by the way. I did not hear any noises from the hallway, even though the hotel was super busy with visitors. Finalizing my experience, I absolutely want to recommend this hotel for a stay in Chicago. With pleasure, I would stay at this Sheraton again when I am back in Chicago.

    Love this place!

I absolutely love this hotel. I have gone twice to chicago and both times have stayed here. It is fight next to the riverwalk and nect to one of the bridges that takes you to across the river. Close to most museums and attractions within walking distance and they have a coffee shop inside.

    A grand Marriott

Great business hotel. I have an annoyance that Marriott's now charge destination fees at most of their hotels (and then fail regularly to take it off of the menu, but this became an exception because they have such a divine breakfast buffet. Well located with spacious rooms and gorgeous views. The room was largely fine though it had thin walls. I could hear my colleague in the other room. Convenient to all downtown destinations, though it took forever for ride apps to get to the hotel, which is unusual for a place normally associated with tourist spots.

    Nice place to stay

Wonderful location. Customer service was good. They gave us a room with a view of the river (beautiful). Self parking was easy and convenient. A couple of small things... It's no one's fault at the hotel, but there were a lot of screaming kids in the lobby and in our hallway, especially really late at night. They gave us a handicapped room (we are not disabled) which was OK but the shower was disappointing...the shower head was a hand held wand and did not have a place to secure it while showering (difficult to shower, shave legs, wash hair...while holding onto the wand). We only had one coffee mug in the room instead of two. The bed was great, and TV was easy to use. We'd love to stay here again.

    Good stay. Would return.

Nice stay. Evyan at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and this hotel is a very short walk to the Magnificent Mile. It’s across the street from NBC. This is an older hotel so it felt more like a 3 star hotel. Still clean though. There is no valet parking so you have to pay nightly fee to park your car underneath the hotel. My only complaint is the $25 “daily credit” that you receive upon check-in…it’s a scam. There are delivery fees and taxes that you have to pay on ordering room service and it gets pricey quickly without even realizing it.
