First time in Atlanta
The hotel was quiet and clean, friendly staff. Most of the places were in walking distance, including the aquarium. The view was nice, security all throughout the city including the hotel, I will definitely be back next year. Thank you for my experience

Don’t recommend
I stayed here for a conference and had a terrible experience. When I first arrived, there was a literal toilet in the hallway across from my room. All of the outlets in my room were loose, so if I plugged my phone in to charge before bed, I’d wake up and the charger had fallen out. I spent 5 days in this hotel and not once did my room ever get cleaned. I never even got toilet paper despite asking for it. I also heard horror stories from my colleagues but since those stories are not my own I will not share. I would never stay at this property again.

Would not stay here again.
One of the worst hotels I have stayed in in a long time. This hotel is dirty and poorly run. There are stains on the mattress, the windows are carpets are dirty. The staff are kind, but do not have the resources they need to do all of the work necessary to maintain the hotel.

Don’t stay here
Don’t stay here. Awful service and rooms are outdated. They charge you $50/night to valet your car and there are no other parking options available at the hotel. It takes the valet about an hour to retrieve your car. This place may look inexpensive but beware of the hidden charges like $50/day for valet and I think I’m being charged something like $25/day for basically a “resort fee” (although I can’t recall what it’s actually called). Hotel not in a particularly nice area either. Very underwhelming.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
On November 8, 2024, I checked into the Wyndham Courtland in Atlanta along with other family members, which was the worst mistake in my life. We checked in about 4:00 pm after visiting the Martin Luther King site. We were lastly asleep November 9, 2024, at about 215 pm when received banging on our door from a very rude security Michael who refused to provide his last name, Officer Hambrick and Michelle from the front desk who also unprofessionally refused to provide her last name stating that no one should be in the room because our reservation was canceled at 11:00 am. I informed her that we checked in at about 4:00 am, and had done an online check-in and we we were provided with room keys. The customer service provided by this establishment was absolutely the worst. I have traveled the world being a Wyndham property owner to be treated like a criminal like I was a vagrant . I will never neither stay at a Wyndham Hotel again nor visit Atlanta again. The service at the Wyndham courtland is extremely substandard and basically ghetto. I will be filing complaints with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts along with my Wyndham ownership.
