Phenomenal trip! When in doubt, book it! (And get a preferred room with Carlos M. - he's the best). We went for a wedding and had an absolute blast. The room was wonderful, the staff were so kind and amazing, and the food was pretty dang good, too! Best resort we've been to (I'll say we've only been to three, but still).

Rooms were clean, bed was good, great views. Did get some traffic noise heard during evenings. Overall dining experiences was alright, but not great. Beach area was small with lots of vendors. Would recommend the secrets in Huatulco over this location.

A perfect holiday at Secrets Vallarta Bay
Excellent hotel with great facilities. All the staff are amazing and very attentive. A special thanks to our butler, Carlos Miranda who is always available whenever we need any help and checks in with us several times a day. Loved breakfast at the Market Cafe, thank you Wendy and Oceania for lunch, thank you Jocelyn. Thanks to Daniel for looking after us around the pool, Jimmi and Armando and their team for keeping us entertained.

Secrets Vallarta is amazing
This was an amazing experience. It was our third time at this resort. Carlos was an awesome butler, making our stay even better. Cesar and Alan do their best in looking after you at the Market cafe which serves the best food for breakfast and lunch… wished they were open for dinner. Hopefully you get “why not” Junior to serve you drinks at the pool.

Wonderful stay at Secrets Vallarta Bay
We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Vallarta Bay Puerto Vallarta. The resort is beautiful and had many great food options. We can't say enough positive things about our butler Carlos Miranda. He was amazing and made our stay so much better than we could have ever expected. He is by far the best butler that we have had at any Secrets resort and had made this resort one that we are planning to return to in the future.
