During our stay at Secrets, we had the chance to enjoy some incredible spots on the property, and I just have to give a huge thank you to the amazing staff at Coco Cafe, The Bay Cafe, Sweet bites and Gohan Sushi Bar. These places quickly became our go-to favorites not just for the delicious food and drinks, but for the people who made every visit so memorable. Coco Cafe and The Bay Cafe Perla was a total ray of sunshine every single day. She always greeted us with a warm smile and the best energy. Her positive attitude was contagious and made every morning better. Perla makes a fantastic latte, but the real gem is her a “dirty chai” you have to try it! Her welcoming nature and happy vibe truly set the tone for the day. She’s one of those people who just makes you feel at home. She remembered us after our first visit, and it felt like seeing an old friend each time we stopped by. Alba was another shining star during our trip. She’s such a happy and kind person we met her on our last day. Her big smile and genuine warmth is very contagious . Her service was always thoughtful and attentive, and she truly made us feel like part of the family. Sweet bites What can I say -Orlando and Jenny are the dream team! They made the BEST crepes and ice cream we had the entire trip. I had a crepe EVERY SINGLE DAY , and each one was beautifully presented and so tasty. My friends were obsessed with the ice cream too. Orlando’s crepes were not only delicious but made with such style and care they looked like they belonged on a magazine cover. Jenny was always so sweet and helpful, making the experience even more fun. Sweet Bites wouldn’t be the same without them! You guys SHOULD TRY IT!! GOHAN SUSHI BAR Angel is hands down the kindest and funniest chef we’ve ever met. He always had a smile on his face and made sure everything was perfect. The sushi was absolutely delicious fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavour. Love their sashimi’s and tempura. Absolutely delicious! Angel personally brought the dishes to us, checked in often, and made the whole experience feel extra special. His attention to detail and friendly personality turned our dinner into a highlight of the trip. Each one of these team members helped make our vacation with the girls and my birthday unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, and joy in what they do made a huge difference in our stay. Secrets is lucky to have them, and we can’t wait to come back and see them again!

Market cafe
I had such a wonderful experience at Secrets Market Café, and I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff who made it so special. Adrian, Benito, and Sergio and other staff from the restaurant were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel so welcome. Their attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care didn’t go unnoticed. Adrian was so friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed with such grace. Benito had such a positive and cheerful energy — he brightened up the room every time he stopped by our table. And Sergio was incredibly professional and attentive, always making sure our food and drinks were perfect, “especially the chocolate martini and his special recipe for berries and coconut rum” They truly went above and beyond to make not just our stay, but also my birthday, so memorable. Thank you to the chef who prepared us lobster feast. Their thoughtful service and warm personalities added so much joy to our trip. It’s rare to come across a team that makes you feel so at home, even while you’re away on vacation. They provided us the amazing lobster feast on my actual birthday. The food was absolutely delicious from the appetizer to desserts. Thank you, Adrianne, Benito, and Sergio and the crew for making our visit to Secrets Market Café unforgettable. You were a big part of what made this trip so special, and I’ll definitely be back excited to see your familiar faces again!

Great stay!
We had such a fantastic time! We went with 4 other couples and we had a blast! Carlos was great and made sure we were taken care of. The food and service were phenomenal at every place we went to. We went to celebrate my 30th and they decorated our room and gave us a cake! The pools were so relaxing and the drinks were great! Would definitely go back in the future!

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at Secrets Vallarta Bay. The staff were great and the hotel was very comfortable. Carlos was an excellent waiter down by the pools. We stayed a week and did multiple excursions from the resort, some picked us up there, others we took a cab to a meeting point for about 150 pesos. It was very easy to walk into town to visit local restaurants as well as supermarkets and ATM's. We would come back to this property in the future.

Wedding/Resort Review - Livier Cortes Coordinator
We got Married in March 2025 at Secrets Vallarta Bay and had an amazing time! Our coordinator was Livier Cortes and she truly brought my vision to life!! She was so nice to work with and she was always dependable and never left us on our wedding night. She brought out some fun surprises and helped us during our hot cocktail hour with some cooling towels and its the little things that really go a long way. I highly recommend requesting her as your wedding coordinator if you can! We got married at the Terra La Vista and it was beautiful! Also I recommend getting your dress and suite cleaned before leaving Mexico after the wedding if you are there a couple days after. That was a huge help for us. If you stay in the preferred club on the Secrets side, ask for Carlos as your butler! He was outstanding and always got us what we needed! The food and drinks were great at the resort! The pool grill food was one of my favorites with the pool side tacos.
