Loved all aspects of Secrets Tides. A very nice new resort with everyone taking pride in cleanliness and attentiveness. Staff members everywhere, and all friendly and making sure our needs were met. The nightly evening entertainment, music at the lobby bar, and pool entertainment staff and DJ made this resort livelier that other all-inclusive resorts we have been. Multiple bars spread throughout the resort, and all bartenders friendly and got to know what drinks you preferred. Food was great and accommodated with special requests. The Market Buffet was exceptionally good with fresh seafood options and pasta bar for lunch as well as several "make on the spot" options for breakfast with short wait times. All restaurants and Barefoot Grill/Food Truck were great - no complaints. Beach is great to walk both ways. Never had a problem finding lounge chairs both at the pools and the beach. I highly recommend Tides resort. Great trip!

My trip
Beautiful resort, fun experience, mother- daughter trip, we'll return again, loved that it is adults only! The beach and the grounds are beautiful! The restaurants are amazing. We loved the Tepenyaki grill especially. The buffet for breakfast is the only time we visited and the options of food were endless.

Beautiful Resort
Very clean, great good, friendly staff, beautiful resort. Highly recommend! Restaurants were easy to get into. Steak was fabulous, Mexican was also very good. The others were wonderful. Buffet was always clean and well stocked. Rooms were pretty, clean, housekeeping was great. Pools were maintained, staff was friendly, easy to talk with, and attentive.

Tides was wonderful, staff went over and beyond to make our vacation Memorable. Clean, up to date. Food was overall excellent. And you can never beat the Punta Cana Sunshine. Beach was also clean, water amazing. Entertainment was fun. Something for everyone. If you want to relax - you got it. If you want to exercise , join in activities or meet new friends at the swim up - this is the place .

Fantastic vacation
Beautiful resort, cleanest beach and pools I have ever experienced. Staff is wonderful and always at you service to help with anything you need. Rooms were large, comfortable, our view of the ocean was great. Mini frig is stocked with items you request, had a wine cooler with 3 bottle of wines, they switched out for what we drank. Champaign on ice when we arrived. The best part is you are assigned a "Butler" who is available to you throughout the week. If you go ask for Luis, he is the nicest most caring person we have ever experienced. We called him son as we were leaving! He even texted us the day after we left to see we got home safely! Thank you Luis!
