Amazing resort with the best staff. Literal paradise. The food and drinks were so good - every meal was so good! The beach and the pools and the rooms were perfect. We had so much fun. The entire staff was so kind & helpful, and we made lifetime memories.

Flawless
Loved the service, the people, the entertainment just everything. Perfect weather, fun bartenders. Great excursions. Very clean, staff very attentive. Ocean was remarkable and warm. Bed was comfy. Choices of restaurants was good. Loved the Pan Asian for dinner and the world cafe breakfast buffet was always so yummy with so many choices.

We had a great time
Staff is amazing. Way better than someplace like Mexico. Whatever you want to do mon and take it easy mon. Nobody is trying to sell you anything, just salt of the earth people. Pro tips - 1. ask a lifeguard for anything and they’ll make it happen. 2. Laundry service will cost more than just buying new clothes. 3. Spa was amazing but ask ahead to avoid sticker shock. But the beaches are great. Plenty of bars. Food is normal resort stuff. But again, that staff is 100% cool all the way. Super friendly and hospitality is off the charts. It’s a no worries kind of environment and I loved it

Overall, we had an okay stay. I would not say there was anything wrong with the stay, the place is nice, and relaxing. I would also say that it was nothing to write home about. It was just an okay stay. The trip to get away, get warm, have drinks and food, and find a beach, and it did all of those things.

The hotel is very clean. Service is impeccable. Staff are friendly. The food is good. However, the beach is small and deceiving. The chairs are too close (no privacy whatsoever). This hotel was not for me. Too loud. Music too loud. Party at the pool, etc. I wanted a quiet place to relax and rest....well, that is not the place. You have to get up early to get a chair at the beach. Same story for the pool. If you want a cabana, you have to pay. I would recommend to take a concierge room. You have private parts of the beach with better chair, access to your pool, etc. If you take any excursions be aware that they live on tips, tips everywhere for everything. One of my friends bought a coconut to drink and they charged her $9 US dollars. The rooms are clean and nice. Overall it was okay but will not return for it is too loud for me.
