Beautiful pools,beach,and some amazing staff. They offered a lot of variety and they were all friendly. We had a great time, beach and resort alike. There was always someone near by to help with anything we needed. The staff always tried to help in a friendly manner.

Wow! Just got back from 10 days in paradise! Never have stayed at a Secrets before and now my expectations are very high! We stayed in the preferred club with UVC (Unlimited Vacation Club). The service was top notch! From our own butler Julio (who was outstanding), to the serving staff at the pools/beach, the housekeeping team, dining room staff, front desk and concierge. We were there to celebrate my sisters wedding and the staff that put that on were incredible! So attentive, accommodating, friendly, outgoing and so kind. THANK YOU! If you are looking for a great place to relax, be waited on "hand & foot", enjoy delicious meals with a great variety, want a very clean and safe resort, look no further than Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana. You won't be disappointed. Make sure to ask for Julio to be your butler! You will be treated like royalty!

Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana stay
This resort was great. The staff, food, amenities, drinks and views were exceptional. We also recommend the SPA to everyone, very great experience. We started our plans to return the day we returned home. The only bad thing is that we left 82 degree weather and came home to 18 degrees.

Fabulous place!
We had such an amazing trip to Secrets Royal Beach! The staff is top notch and took care of whatever you needed with a smile! Everyone always had a smile and an ‘Hola’ for you as you walked by, even down to the housekeeping staff. The food was outstanding the drinks never ending and the entertainment was fabulous. We will definitely be back! Some particular shout outs to: Breakfast servers Wilkin and Danny Entertainers Shaggy and Kelly Bartenders Lisauni, Jose and really all of them were so accommodating. Lisauni will make you his special drink and his special shot, just be careful if you ask the name of it!!

Love all the staff at Secrets!
Rubin at the beach is the best and friendliest person we have ever met when it comes to beach wait staff. He really goes out of his way to make sure you have the most positive experience. Mendy and Melvin at the poolside bar are 2 of the most energetic and positive bartenders we have ever met, anywhere!
