When you come to Cancun, you are hoping that you will have a beautiful beach experience. The beach area at Secrets Maroma was beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds keepers. kept everything looking ship shape. The pools were beautiful and I was able to use the infinity pool to swim laps right along the edge so as not to disturb. we had easy access to poolside chairs and again with the help of the staff umbrellas for shade. What I think will please you the most is theSERVICE.. Check-in was easy. Management of our luggage automatic.. Our room was well cared for. The staff that you interact with will always try to make you feel at ease. I have some honorable mentions to share with you. these folks are some of the outstanding five star team. World Cafe- Freddy,Jose Estrella Oceana -Gerson octopus, clams, Beet salad was spectacular Himitsu Félix Bordeaux Portofino Beach Service- Wilberth Daniel Elam chairs Poolside Eder Antonio Beach Concierge Antonio, who goes out of his way to make sure we have everything we could need. Luxury and pampering on vacation…yes please
This was by far the most relaxing and luxurious vacation we have ever been on. We would go back again and again. Every single detail of this place is thought through with the most luxury and comfort in mind. We booked a cabana 3 of the days we were there and absolutely loved it. It is a beautiful, peaceful, quiet, relaxing view of the beach with round the clock concierge’s service for food, drinks, cool towels, sunglass cleaning, etc. One of the cabana days we had a massage in our cabana and private poolside dinner. The other days we ordered food from the restaurants onsite and ate in the cabana. I cannot tell you how wonderful the whole resort smells!! The scents all around the resort are simply dreamy. One of the days, i did a spa treatment. It was so amazing. Its called the “water journey”. It is a circuit of water therapies. You start with the sauna, then steam room, then cold plunge, then hot tub, then pool time with water massagers for your back and shoulders. I absolutely felt so relaxed and refreshed afterward. The resort itself is just beautiful. It’s adults only, clean, laid out well and has something for everyone day and night. The food and beverages were phenomenal. The concierge service from start to finish … also phenomenal. We also saw some wildlife on property, one day we had the cutest monkey carrying a baby on its back, in the breakfast area. I cannot rave enough about the whole experience.

My new Favorite! Secrets Maroma!
Loveliest most welcoming staff that went above and beyond! Location is everything as the beach is fabulous. Well maintained building and grounds. The staff went above and beyond to take care of my needs. Mariana , Cenar , Lucie, Bernardo , Hector , Carolina, just to name a few! The Entertainment staff Andre you made the Aqua Exercise fun. Cooks on site need to be recognized and Housekeeping staff lovely and Concierges also. I would recommend your establishment and I hope to return with my family and friends. Heather C.

Book it, you will not be disappointed!
This is such an amazing resort! Just finishing up a week here at Secrets Maroma Beach. We stayed here last March, and a few times prior to that. This is a true 5 star resort which only gets better every year. The staff, service, food, entertainment and amenities are all top notch. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant staff are incredible, remembering names & faces. The beach service is quick, and there's always someone around when you need a beverage. The E-Team works endlessly touching base with guests, setting up & moving from activity to activity. A typical day will have musical guests, and activities every hour. We witnessed the bluefin tuna presentation. (Freshly flown in from Los Cabos). Best tuna steaks we ever had. We loved the hydrotherapy area in the Spa, and highly recommend having a massage on the beach. So many great spa staff, wish i could name them all. A big shout out & special thanks to Mariana Camacho Briseno in the Spa, who made our week so very special.

Great Service
The overall service staff members were some of the best I have ever encountered. Special thanks to our concerige, Roberto, UVC representative, Zayda, Nayed, server in the Lobby Bar, Alberto in the Oceana restaurant, Richard, Felepe and Julio in the Preferred Beach Club, Lorena, the hostess at Portofino restaurant and Alberto in the Preferred bar. Can't say enough good things about them.
