Jan 29, 2025Awesome time no complaints
My wife and had a great time with our group of friends. We had no issues with our room, food, or servers. Everyone was very nice and it was much better experience than we were expecting based on other reviews. Martin and Alexander were two of our servers during the week who did a fabulous job taking care of drink needs. We really enjoyed that it was a smaller resort. Our room was on the opposite side of our friends and only took a minute or two to walk to the other side. We were happy to be on the other side to get away if we wanted. Beach was cleaned daily that we seen. Sand was very nice. We had no complaints for our 7 days.

Definitely recommend
Gorgeous beach, ocean front swim up was a dream experience, we appreciated the small and quiet experience this smaller resort offers, AC in the rooms was excellent, food was good, beds were incredibly comfy, rain shower was wonderful, butler service was top notch

The staff is great, good size pool, good stretch of beach comfortable rooms and extremely comfortable bed. Big shower with a bench. It's just a small property with limited dining options. The beach grill is good. Adult only resort. I would recommend a quick weekend getaway not for anything longer than that.

I honestly hadn’t expected such a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond, accommodating us in a better room to suit my mother’s needs as she is disabled—it was like a dream (Thank you to Alejandra :)) The room was surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need, a bathrobes, a stocked minibar with snacks, slippers, and even a scale -- however, no one should count calories while on vacation :) We thoroughly enjoyed everything the hotel offered as part of its all-inclusive experience: daily room service, endless drinks, and delicious food—especially the fish tacos, which were delicious at the Lola restaurant. On our last day, we were surprised with a lovely bottle of Chardonnay. Sitting on the balcony, enjoying it while overlooking the pool and ocean, was such a perfect way to end our trip. The staff were exceptional—so warm and attentive—and they truly made our stay unforgettable. My only minor complaint would be that the room lighting was a bit dim, but honestly, who cares about that when you're in paradise? I would love to return one day, this time with my husband! I’m so sad the vacation is over, but the memories will last forever.

I would not recommend picking this place. The place needs some serious TLC. The bar pool ceiling, the bridge needs some updating like paint. The main two restaurants-Italia and Asian have no decor. The worst part was the room we got 156, swim up pool. The water didn’t drain properly in the shower, even after 24 hours. We called to get that fixed but whatever they did, didn’t work. Due to that, mosquitos would come out at night. I got bit sooo much all over every night I was there!!! It was awful !! Who wants to be scratching at night while on vacation!!!! Also there was mold that in the shower also!! Another complaint was that the ceiling by the sliding door, was falling apart. And More so after it rained !! The room needs some serious updates!!! It shouldn’t be rented out like that!!! Who wants to be calling front desk for an issue that doesn’t get resolved on your vacation time !!!
