Service/food/drinks/room were so amazing that we ended up extending our stay another 3 days! Jeison Calderon was our personal concierge and handled everything we asked of him. Daily communication, he was the best! We did not want to leave!

Honeymoon 2025
My husband and I went for our honeymoon. Our concierge was Jeison Calderon. He was FANTASTIC. Jeison made our trip so personable. Jeison surprised us with personal touches at night for our honeymoon and a romantic breakfast in bed. We highly recommend having him if you can. This was our first time in the DR and it was beautiful. This resort was stunning with a clean and beautiful beach as well as multiple options for food. We are coming back in the future for certain❤️

Book your stay now!!!
We stayed at Secrets Cap Cana for our honeymoon in January 2025. Our stay was more than we could have dreamed! We were in the preferred club and had a swim out bungalow. Our butler’s name was Carlos and he was PHENOMENAL!!!!!! His main concern is making sure that you relax and enjoy your time. He made our trip special by hanging a honeymoon banner on our door, spreading rose petals around our room and on our bed, ordering a romantic breakfast with a special request, and delivering champagne and desserts to our room. He handled all of our reservations including massages, dinner at the hibachi, fish pedicures, and a cabana. He made a point to find us at least twice a day to check on us and see if there was anything he could do to make our trip more relaxing. We were a little jet lagged and couldn’t figure out our tv so he created a video and showed us how to connect to the tv. When we come back again, we will request that Carlos is our butler because he was so good. The food was delicious. Every dessert we had was better than the last. The room service was prompt. The housekeeping paid attention to the smallest details to really make sure our stay was comfortable. Esperanza in the preferred pool bar area took really good care of us in the pool by the bar, as well as our swim out. She created many different shots to try, was always singing, and just a joy to be around. We are so thankful we found this resort and plan on coming back!!

The perfect honeymoon destination
Secrets cap Cana was a dream. Everything from getting to and from the airport the cleaning staff room service and other workers were top notch. Carlos our butler was the absolute best! He made sure our experience was perfect and made sure our reservations and all of our wants and needs were met with a smile and made our honeymoon one to rememeber and very relaxing. Highly recommend him to any guests who are on the preferred side. 5 star butler for a 5 star resort! Make sure to go to the hibachi restaurant and bring some extra money to rent a Bali bed for a day.

Amazing honeymoon!
We went here on our honeymoon and could not have asked for a better experience! Our butler Carlos made everything so easy for us and spoiled us all week. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Carlos made our experience here even better than what we expected. Every person who works there was truly a delight. Our favorite restaurants were Portofino (Italian) and Himitsu (hibachi). We also payed for a Bali bed on the beach for a day and it was worth the extra cost. Our waitress was so fun and made sure we had everything we needed all day. The house keeping staff also did a great job at keeping our room and the whole resort extremely clean. Such a beautiful resort and we will be back!
