Jan 10, 2025Gorgeous Resort with friendly staff
The staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly. Special thanks to Sheyla who showed us the new addition to the resort without asking. She was so happy to show us around. The food has been amazing and the resort is beautiful. This is our second time at this resort and is definitely one of our favorite hotels. We will be back.

Wonderful way to experience Mexico by staying at Secreta Bahia mita. Some of the best surf break around and excellent choices for dining, spa, activities. The people there care and it shows in the wonderful service and thoughtful ways in which they strive to anticipate your needs.

The resort layout isn’t great. Requires multiple different elevators to get around, and the ocean view room was very far in the distance over a jungle and other buildings. Room service was 2.5+ hr wait each time, and the activities available weren’t particularly exciting. Wouldn’t normally be an issue but the resort is pretty isolated from going to town.

Outstanding Resort with an Amazing Staff
We are still at the resort and we’re having an amazing time. We’ve been hanging out on the eighth floor at the preferred pool. We were so happy to have met Rousse the pool concierge who made us feel so welcome and is currently checking in on us every day to make sure we’re having an amazing time. The resort is one of our favourites. Alejandro and Julio are probably the best servers we have ever had at any resort. I will write my final review when we leave, but I would highly recommend coming up to the eighth floor and meeting Rousse and the staff.

Great way to finish off 2024
Overall we had a great experience at the Bahia Mita Spa and Surf, the food and drinks were excellent and great service. Ines Mijia made our trip even more special with her service and her warm approach to her customers. Our room was clean in great condition with a decent view.
