Great food great service will definitely be back thanks Abraham and sofia for the special birthday gift and Juan at the Italian restaurant also Alberto was great at the beach Thanks Ramses for being a great butler everyone was very courteous and respectful it was a great birthday trip for sure

Short vacation
Highly recommend spa experience at this resort. We had couple massage and hydrotherapy which introduced us to heaven. My husband is a big guy, and the masseuse was very strong enough to give him the best deep tissue massage. All the staffs were friendly and accommodating.

Paradise
The best resort in the world! There’s so much to do, so much to eat, and the staff are absolutely fabulous. A special shoutout to Ximena, the incredible wedding coordinator, and Hector, one of our waiters during the wedding reception, for going above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. My favorite part of the trip was the magical moments I experienced on the way to the beach. In just 20 minutes, I spotted an iguana, a hawk, and even a couple of whales—it was absolutely fantastic and something I’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a place that combines amazing service, breathtaking wildlife, and endless activities, this is it. Highly recommend!

We chose this venue for our wedding. Simply put, we were totally disappointed. From the coordination, communication, transparency, organization, all were poor. The resort itself is modern and stylish. But there are lots of gaps in service, drink options, food quality, language and basic logistics. At the end of the day, we felt like they were just trying every way to make extra money without any remorse or empathy. We paid extra to be part of the “preferred club” but we did not feel any preferential treatment at all. The amount of detail I could go into about our experience including our family and guests, would shock you.

Best Resort in Mexico!
Secrets Bahia Mita is a beautiful resort in Punta de Mita! ‘Secrets’ is the adults-only side and ‘Dreams’ is the family friendly side. Both sides of the resort connect so you can experience all the restaurants and activities during your stay. The customer service at this resort is phenomenal! All the workers are truly happy to give you the best experience possible. For example, the pool attendants handed out free popsicles to adults at the swim-up bar because they cared about keeping us hydrated in the pool. The activities team danced and performed for guests at random times in the pool areas to keep us entertained. The beach area is beautiful with free use of chairs, umbrellas, beach volleyball, and drink attendants. One server from the bar brought us complimentary champagne with fresh berries to where we were sitting on the beach. The fire pit lounges near the beach are beautiful at night too! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous! We had a full king sized bed, private balcony, his-and-her sinks, and rain shower in our room. The housekeepers were very friendly and provided daily cleaning services. Also, the evening entertainment at this resort is super fun! The restaurant “El Patio” set up buffet stations and tables in the resort’s main plaza for guests to enjoy themed dinners. The first night at the resort, the staff erected a stage for a huge mariachi band to keep us entertained through a traditional Mexican dinner. Another night, the staff erected a dance floor in the main plaza and had a live DJ during their BBQ themed night. Local vendors come to the main plaza every night during these themed dinners so you don’t have to leave the resort to buy souvenirs. My favorite experience was the Fire Show in their amphitheater. They had dancers perform with flaming hula hoops and torches. It was an incredible experience!
