    Hospitality and Service ++

    After many stays over 25 years, my wife and I chose to stay here again after a long absence. We contacted the hotel in advance requesting an early check-in since it was only a 5 night stay. They responded with, they would make every effort but could not guarantee it. We arrived around 1p and were checked-in in 15min. Everyone greeted you with a smile and made you feel welcomed. We went to the room, changed and off to the beach. The staff at the beach greeted you and set you up quickly wherever you wanted. For the rest of our stay, it was always the same, a greeting, an introduction of their name, and an offer to help with any of your needs. Same with housekeeping. In the morning when I went for coffee at their cafe, the girls, remembered me from years past and greeted that way. BTW, the lobby area has been re-done with an open space, fresh, feel. Very nice! Can't say enough about our short, but great stay! Service and hospitality rein supreme!

    Loved this hotel. Will definitely return.

    A beautiful hotel with top notch amenities, staff and food. Our Marriott status gave us buffet breakfasts which were outrageous. The location is great. We walked to several excellent restaurants. Daily perks at the pool included popcorn, snow cups topped with syrups, liquor or both. Fresh fruit was offered to us at the lounge.

    We were told at check-in this is a smoke free property. But all day long by the pool is skunk awful marijuana.

    Love the hotel but won’t come back. At check in we were told it was smoke free. All I smell at the pool all day is awful skunk weed. This should be more family friendly but is not, unfortunately. But I have to have 200 characters in this review for it to count…

    Icky and loud

    What a disappointment! This hotel was recently renovated and it just doesn't show. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was surprisingly good but that's where the good stops. The lobby is kept at a freezing temperature and its cold design is loud and echo-e. Forget about finding peace and quiet here, the music is loud and nonstop. The rooms are icky with old carpets and rusty appliances. I've stayed at Marriott properties of a lesser scale that were in better shape and had higher cleaning standards than this flagship property. Truly a disappointment.

    Condado Beach is Back and Better Than Ever...

    This is our 4th or 5th year staying at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised and happy that it is back 100% after Maria hit the island. This is a great place not only for its service, but it’s location and amenities. The beach location is premium and the assortment of locally run restaurants outside it’s doorsteps keeps us coming back. A special shout out to Christian Rosa and his pool/beach team for their attention to detail and ensuring everyone just has to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Christian makes you feel like he is welcoming you into his home. You don’t usually get this kind of service from larger, corporately-run hotels. We will be back again and again.
