This Marriott is perfectly placed along the Riverwalk and is conveniently connected to the river center mall. The rooms are modern and nicely updated. The bar is a great place to hang out, and Fernando is excellent and knowledgeable about various drinks and tequila. I stay about 100 nights a year at various hotels and this is definitely in the top 10. I would recommend parking across the street at the city garage versus at the hotel as it is about half the price and just a 2 minute walk.

Roffe was an amazing bartender for us and made great drinks. He greeted us with a nice personality and remained attentive to all orders through the night. All of his help has been extremely impactful and he created a memorable experience for our first time in San Antonio

Great Hotel Restaurant Service and Food!
Fernando at the bar/restaurant was amazing. They were quite busy with multiple servers and they still had to hustle. Fernando was very friendly, communicative and on top of it going behind the bar to make drinks serve tables, seat tables and never missed a beat. He was also supporting and helping this other servers as well. Would 100% recommend him for a raise and hire him for my business if I had the chance.

Christmas Dinner
Beautiful hotel with great service! Rode at the bar was fantastic and the food was out of this world good. Pics below are of the Prix Fixe meal on Christmas Day. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and cozy quarters. This Crew appreciates you.

Great stay at the Riverwalk Marriott
Great experience from the start. Took advantage of valet parking. Excellent experience checking in. Great room, exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed. We had access to the lounge. Good food and drinks, used the $25 credit that comes with the destination fee. Also used the free boat ride tickets that come with the destination fee. Wonderful breakfast in the lounge, and they were kind enough to leave the buffet open a bit longer.
