    Great stay

    Wonderful hotel, great security, fast elevators, clean rooms, we were there during huge ace convention and they handled it with out issues. Food was amazing and it was walking distance to convention center. The mall next door was fun and the Alamo was amazing.

    Fantastic Server, Katrina

    Katrina did a fantastic job. She did not wait on me but I watched her cover 3/4 of the lounge area on her own. I watched check on 10 tables more frequently than my server checked on us. She hustled more than any server I have seen in the last 5 years. Please praise this woman as you have a true rockstar!

    Rogelio shined my shoes looking like new!

    Rogelio visited with me. He was very particular on getting every part of my well worn dress shoes to shine like they did when I bought them. He was very professional and I could tell he had great pride in what he was doing. I would recommend him to everyone.

    Weekend getaway

    Char assisted me with my arrangements for my stay. I was able to meet her at checkin where she appeared to be training an associate as well. She gave us some suggestions that helped us during our stay. The checkin process was smooth. The room was clean and smelled good. Our patio was larger than expected so the expectation was exceeded. Thank you for the intentionality in the service!

    Beautiful hotel on famous San Antonio Riverwalk

    I stayed here two nights as part of a large conference. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the front desk staff was extremely Texas friendly. The room was not overly spacious but still comfortable. The lights in the closet were great and made everything easy to find.
