We spent our honeymoon in the JW Marriott in Houston and the staff was so impressive that every anniversary we go back to a Marriott location. Six years later this holds true. Raffe and your staff created another perfect moment in our lives. Thank you Marriott for sharing your awesome destinations and staff with our lives. I love the experience you share.

Short but true.
Fantastic service, room cleanliness, accommodations, amenities, service and lounge! I am eager to return. I would highly recommend this location and Haley, the person that checked me out of my room. The views were great, the pillows were soft, and the signature aroma set the mood. Come to San Antonio, just to experience this location.

Marriott San Antonio Rivercenter Excellence
We met an extraordinary individual by the name of Roffe during our stay. He handled a large number of guests for a cocktail reception. Thank you Roffe for your professionalism and for taking such good care of us all. If you are looking for a spirit try his Honey Walnut Old Fashion.

Great Experience
I traveled to San Antonio for a conference. I arrived a little earlier than expected and was fully prepared to wait for a room to be available. Ian at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful. He worked his magic to find a room so that I would not have to wait. The room was very nice and larger than expected. (Thank you, Ian!) In fact, all the staff i observed and interacted with were friendly and helpful—the valets, bellhops, coffee shop staff, etc. The hotel location was very convenient. It is directly across the street from the convention center and adjacent to the mall on the San Antonio River Walk. There are many restaurants and things to do within a short walking distance. I look forward to returning in the future.

Amazing
Great hospitality, Roffe at the bar was amazing. Definitely will be back again. Great service all around. Prompt service, all service was great. Great customer service. Drinks were amazing. Moving from California to San Antonio looking forward to it.
