Amazing time at the Royalton chic! I’ve stayed in a lot of all inclusive resorts in Cancun and this one is right up there in terms of food and service, especially from our Butler, Ricardo. If you decide to do the diamond package, please request Ricardo as he is fantastic! The diamond pool is heated, which for this time of the year is almost a necessity and the top shelf liquor is definitely worth it! A great four days and we would definitely consider this hotel again!

Diamond club staff deserve recognition
Amazing service! Diamond club service was excellent. Butlers, Stef and Marisol are so attentive and genuinely so sweet. Beach butlers, Gustavo and Carlos are the best! Martin made sure we were never thirsty. They all took great care of us, thank you for the hospitality and a memorable experience. 4 star resort (due to rooms showing age) but definitely 5 star service.

Cannot say enough about Omar and his help
Our “butler”, Omar. Was the reason we had such a great time on the trip. He made sure we knew the daily events and activities, booked us reservations for dinners, helped get taxis to go golfing and shuttles for the airport. Also helped with room accommodations and our needs at the cabana. Omar made sure we got the most out of our trip.

Santiago Deserves a Raise
Santiago is an amazing bartender! Great hospitality and fantastic to chat with! He made sure our drinks were made in a timely manner and genuinely cared about us and how our experience was at the resort. Very personable and friendly and he made sure to give attention to everyone sitting down at the bar whether or not he just met you or has been serving you for a few days.

Girls Trip!
Had a blast with my friends at Royalton Chic! We did upgrade to the Diamond club which is a no-brainer. Our butler Esteban was fantastic and super attentive. The service at the resort was top notch, everyone is super attentive never waiting more than 5 minutes for someone to ask us if we wanted a drink when we needed a refill. Esteban was training under Daniel who was also super helpful, checking in during the day, redoing our ride to the airport when I messed up the time. We didn’t do a pool party at Level 18 but did go up there for the day on a non-party day and it was amazing, the whole pool to ourselves. Orlando was awesome up there, with getting us drinks and food. I had been to this resort three years ago and most of the furniture /fixings in the rooms are showing their age. The experience was amazing and we would go back, but the guest rooms are starting to show their age so if that’s important to you this might not be your place.
