Berry, Bianca G and Kaycian were the best bartenders in the entire resort. They know how to make a drink and hold a vibe. If they weren’t at the bar…i wasn’t going. Each drink was better than the last. They played good music at the bar and kept the laughter going.

Good service from Chevanese
Chevanese bygrave made my holiday so great, her service was amazing by serving drinks very quickly, overall the resort was fab, the food was great, the facilities were amazing, the pool was clean, I recommend this resort to everyone!!!!!!

Best Beach Service
Chevanese Bygrave set us up at the beach with buckets of water and a bottle of wine and drinks galore!!! Best service we experienced at the resort throughout our entire stay. While at the resort we tried various restaurants and bars. We stayed primarily at the beach during the day. Service in other areas was not so great, but once we met Chevanese at tge beach we were in good hands.

Terrible experience, I don’t recommend it. The food was awful, poor recreation activities. We reserved a swim out room and the pool was dirty ( cigars debris) we reported twice and they cleaned a day after. We decided to cut our vacation time 1/2, the hotel agreed to credit us but because I posted my experience they canceled my credit. Don’t trust reviews, some hotels forced you to or you loose $2500. I went based on the reviews and I waste my money and my vacation time. Racquel Bonfell is the person who canceled my credit because I was honest with my experience.

Great service from Chevanese
Chevanese Bygrave was very attentive around the pool checking on us making sure we had drinks and were comfortable. She was always friendly and helpful and really added to our experience on a large family. Ivan the bartender kept the drinks coming.
