Very small fitness room, and not enough treadmill . Some restaurants waitress doesn’t know how to serve dishes. (Brought appetizers, salads and soup at same time) . Food was fantastic. To solve few problems our concierge Angela from agency was very helpful and nice. It is good place for vacation with kids.

I'm not sure I can find the most fitting words to describe how truly amazing it is at the Royalton Bavaro! From the living quarters, the views, the staff, the food, to the amazing beaches and beautiful waters. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel like family!! Our diamond club butler, Fernando, made us feel like were his top priority! He is a true professional and it shows that he loves his position and loves people. It shows that he cares about the clients well being and safety! I will request him for my next visit and suggest to anyone planning a trip to the Royalton! Walkeria Rodriguez at the diamond club pool went above and beyond to make this trip one that I will never forget. She will never be forgotten as well! Charleny took time to help my friends with learning new words in Spanish to help with the language barrier. She is so awesome and energetic. Beliysis at the beach bar also at the diamond club breakfast was so sweet to us. She is an asset to your establishment. The staff at the DC beach bar where we ate lunch each day. Pedro, Rayner, Christian, Nestor and again Beliysis. Are super awesome people truly making me feel like family from the moment that I met each and every one of them! Fernando at the beach! Fernando, my family is how he would greet me each time he saw meet along with a fist bump,a huge smile and a wonderful attitude! Wendy at the bar by the stage and the DJ area. Always wearing a smile when greeting us and a little dance groove moving to the music. She along with the other staff there made us feel like we were special! Johnny at the lazy river is so friendly and welcoming always with a shout-out to each every one in our group. He really keeps the energy high! Everyone that I mentioned above always had a smile, warm welcome, either a hand shake or a fist bump and hug ready for us ! I am looking forward to my next visit to the Royalton!

Nice stay and great service
We really enjoyed our stay here! The beach and pools were nice, and Angela also provided us with amazing service. Our app was malfunctioning, so she personally helped us make reservations at all the restaurants in the resort. She genuinely made our whole trip!!

Royalton Bavaro Resort
This place is rated 5 Star but it’s more a 4 Star. There attention to detail is lacking. From a long check-in time is very long. The food at the buffet under heating lamps is always cold ??? And the food around the pool area’s are too limited. Unless you pay for upgrades to Diamond member. There’s other area’s they improve on, Balle en Blanc. The service at the food counters is very slow, not enough people working. MAKE SURE not to forget your Sun lotion. They sale it here for $45.00 USD = $67.00 Cdn a true RIPOFF !

They invite you to a promotion and promise you a cabana and other amenities and then they don’t follow through with any thing And the presenter who was from Spain is very rude And we are mariott elite members Made dinner reservations at ocean side Still had to wait 30 mins to be acknowledged by the female host The servers are great Just the host is very rude
