    Convenient and relaxing

    Very spacious ADA room! Clean and comfortable. Love the location! Walkable to all Ali'i drive has to offer! Restaurant and bar is open air we saw dolphins jumping in the bay! Food was great, drinks were great! Staff is always pleasant and accommodating.

    Pleasant experience

    Great location. Loved that there is a kids pool and an adult pool. Fitness Center is fantastic. The tennis court and basketball court are well maintained. I loved all the space available. Stores are fairly close to the resort. Our room had a lot of room to move about. The bathroom has a great shower. Seeing the sunset from the deck was special. Drawback would be the unnecessary resort fees . They didn't have my mother in law's room ready but the manager was able to rectify the problem. Would I stay again? Yes!!!

    Best views!!

    We love staying at the Royal Kona Hotel! The views are beyond beautiful….sitting out on the balcony is a must. The staff are so helpful and always have a smile. The pool is wonderful. Can’t wait for the Lagoon to be repaired….love exploring this little private oasis! Thank you for a wonderful stay, can’t wait to come back!! ❤️

    Great Value!

    This hotel is in a prime location in Kailua Kona. Walking distace to tons of restauants and shopping. Set on the lava rock seawall you will never find a hotel with a better view. We were plesantly surprised to see THE Henry Kapono performing at the hotel restauant one evening! The rooms have been recently upgraded, for the price of our stay it was exactly as expected. Just what we needed

    renovation tower - worth it. good experience for price

    stayed in renovation tower for a discount rate. was worth it. decent mattress and good bathroom and water pressure. room had a fridge and sink too. side balcony with an ocean view where i could see and hear waves crashing 24/7 (be aware if light sleeper). stayed for conveinenve of in-house luau which was my first and enjoyable. also very close walking to local eats and drinks - and 20 min drive to target/walmart/chain food. overall worth it. noise for renovation 8-5 which didn't bother me because I wasn't in the room.
