The 29 floors of the Riu Plaza New York Times Square Hotel stand out because of their cutting edge and elegant design and their more than 600 rooms perfectly equipped with a mini refrigerator, desk, television with multimedia connections, central air conditioning and heating, among other amenities, which have been designed to offer you maximum comfort. Included among the hotel's facilities you will find the Fashion bar, "The Theater Buffet" and the Capital bar, with its Grab & Go concept characteristic of the city. In addition, at our hotel next to Times Square, the facility fee includes access to the cloakroom, a water bottle in each room, unlimited access to the gym and several other services.

    New York experience

    Fabulous hotel rooms clean and beds were comfortable. All towels and toiletries supplied even a hair dryer The view from our room on the 23rd floor was amazing. Loved the whole New York experience a busy and lively place. The breakfast at the hotel was awesome loads to eat and the staff went out of their way to help

    Great stay over new year

    Fabulous stay here . Staff are lovely and accommodating. Rooms extremely clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend here for anyone. Great location for subway and Times Square. Breakfast was good but busy , the queues aren’t that bad really.

    Great location!

    The hotel was in a great location, the rooms were comfortable and the restaurant was food. We had bed and breakfast and would definitely return if we visited NYC again. The staff were all friendly and helpful and it was good that it had a little cafe where you could buy coffee in the main hotel.

    Cannot wait to stay here again!! Great location.

    What a great hotel! Clean room with a great view. What was even better was the location. It is right in the middle of everything . There is also a small fridge in the room which is a nice plus. They also offer bag check if you arrive early and do not want to haul your luggage around . I cannot wait to stay here again.

    Overall it’s just ok not amazing

    Our stay at this hotel was ok. The rooms are clean, today, well maintained and have most things you would need except a kettle/tea-coffee. The breakfast is not good, firstly you need to go to the ground floor then queue to turn go up to the 5th floor to be seated. The food is not great either, the scrambled eggs were disgusting, I’m not what the beans were, fruit was going off one of the days, the yogurt is cheap and processed. If you like a quality breakfast I would suggest going bed instead of B&B. Allergies they have gluten free bread and can advise you on the food put out if required. The gym is good, there is a bar and snack area which is clean, plenty of seats. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful BUT the front reception staff were miserable and moody. Honestly every time we spoke to them or even walked past they simply looked like they had an anger problem. Overall is ok
