Feb 26, 2025For us the perfect hotel.
This is the best hotel we have stayed in. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My daughter was unwell during our visit and they were very helpful and showed care by asking regularly how she was. The food choice for breakfast was wide, lots of variety. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. We really liked Christophe who works in the hotel. He was always friendly and lovely. Grab and go was reasonable priced and the hotel is the perfect location to see and get to the sights easily. We will definitely be staying here again.

5 star review for a 5 star hotel!
It is rare I give a 5 star review but this hotel was worth it. As always I had read the previous reviews which were all mainly positive with a bit of criticism over waits for breakfast and elevators. I guess we were lucky. We had a room on floor 40 but did not have to wait very often for the elevator and only ever a reasonably short wait for breakfast which was so well organised that it was not a worry. The food at breakfast was plentiful and tasty enough. Overall the rooms were big enough and kept clean (although the timing of housekeeping varied each day). I would not hesitate in both recommending the hotel and staying here again should I return to NYC.

No criticism at all of hotel. Location is very good with close access to subways etc ; staff super helpful and welcoming - only gripe really was that on some mornings the queue for breakfast was something of an eye- opener and felt a bit ‘canteenish’.

I have rarely been more disappointed or received less hospitable service. This hotel promised to provide a haven for my family during our short stay in New York to attend a funeral. Instead of a reprieve the hotel staff at reception were rude. I had checked in online and uploaded passport details. Whilst negotiating my check-in the manager said 'how did she get into the country without a passport'. This was said in front of me but to the receptionist. I then asked to speak to the manager and explained that I didn't have my luggage but it was in its way. They requested to see my card used for the purchase which I provided. I was told there was nothing they could do. I complained at the service and was told that that is how they talk in New York. So unfortunately this hotel delivers fawlty towers worthy service, great if you fancy some humiliation with your holiday,l. Bitterly disappointed

Excellent Hotel in the heart of Times Square
Our second visit to this hotel in the heart of Times Square. I would happily return again. We booked 2 king rooms requested they would be on the same floor and a high floor. We got rooms next door and on the 40th floor fantastic! Comfy bed & pillows. Breakfast was excellent didn’t wait more than 10 mins any morning. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel provided in showers. Decent hairdryer and my hot tools curler worked no problem with the different voltage.
