    We come back every year for a reason

    We come here yearly with a group of family friends and there’s a reason we always come back. We’ve tried other resorts and they just don’t compare. Shoutout to all the wait staff that remember our our each year we show up.

    Racism for speaking Spanish!!!

    Racism from restaurant waiters at all times for people who spoke Spanish. While we were sitting in the restaurant, we were ignore and never asked if we wanted something to drink. There were tourists from other nationalities next to us who were promptly attended to. We were speaking Spanish at that moment.This is the second time we’ve visited the hotel and this hadn’t happened to us before.

    Excellent vacation, best value

    This was our 2nd stay (and definitely not the last) at Riu Palace riviera Maya for our 10+ family members. Food: could be better, but consistently good Premises: beautiful Rooms: 5 star Staff: best of all. Incredibly attentive and nice.

    Great stay

    The entire staff was outstanding! From your pool bartenders (German, Fermin especially) to the entertainment coordinators (Alberto, forgot the young ladies name and the host on the mic) excellent!!
