    Quick Vist

    We stayed at this resort while visiting a few sites nearby. We were warmly welcomed by Roman who was very detailed in all the information he provided us about the resort and gave us an upgrade after our first night. We enjoyed the coffee bar and piano bar in the evenings and really loved pianist - he was amazing! Ady was a very attentive server in the piano bar as well. We were only there for a short time but didn't really feel like the restaurant staff were attentive...they didn't seem very happy. We spent some time on the beach and Enrigue was always there to great us and made sure our drinks were always full

    Great trip!

    This was our second visit and it was mostly a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean and the service great! No complaints about the food, other than maybe lack of variety in the lounge, and we really enjoyed not having to make reservations for dinner. The location is great, you can walk along the beach to the other resorts. We enjoyed the pool games every afternoon. Our only complaint is that we were not informed in advance that our belongings would be removed from the pool area after 6 pm if our lounger was on the swim up bar side. The other pools are open until 8pm and we were still in the pool.

    Another Wonderful stay at the RIU Palace RM

    The hotel room was very clean. We spent most of our time outside and the wait staff was very attentive. The food at the buffet was my favorite. The entertainment staff always tried to get everyone involved.

    Excellent hotel In a beautiful setting

    Fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. Absolutely nothing to complain about. All the staff were superb, helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with so much choice. We did eat in the steak house which was first class but mainly stuck to the Buffett as the choice was so plentiful. Would highly recommend this Riu hotel and can’t wait to visit again

    Awesome Resort!

    We've been coming back to the Palace since 2018. We love the resort, people and all of the amenities! Hard to find a more relaxing vacation!
