Riu Palace Paradise Island for adults only is located on an impressive white-sand beach on Paradise Island, in the Bahamas. I give this resort A++ 5 stars! Everything was perfect. The staff was more than friendly, accomadating, and professional the entire trip! They greeted us with champagne while we waited to check in, they helped with directions and taxi services, I can't say enough good things. The entire place was clean and inviting! The food was amazing with a huge variety! Anyone leaving a negative review is just being a Karen! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent service and food. Only disappointment was the specialty restaurants which had the same food as was available in the buffet. We were looking for something different from these options. Also, found bugs in the dresser drawers in our room.

Great escape!
My 1st time ever staying in an inclusive hotel and I LOVED it! I just wished there was more to do inside (game room, billiards, board games...) so that you could chill out inside when it rained or if the lounge/club wasn't what you wanted.

Jan 05, 2025Poor service, needs renovation and more entertainment
First off I am Riu Class member I’ve stayed at 15 different resorts from Riu. Most of them were in Mexico The majority of the staff were grumpy and really did not want to help or give the extra effort to make us feel in luxury They didn’t have any live music or good entertainment outside by the pool as you would expect to keep everyone entertained. In regards to the resort, it was small and outdated it needed paint outside and inside There was no ATM to get any money out to tip anyone which I found odd. The food was definitely up to my standards, so there was no complaints about the food It was very hard to get reservations for the restaurants and we ended up going down to the restaurant and there was literally no one in there and the lady was very rude and did not want us coming in at all I found that disrespectful considering we were paying a large amount of money and they had plenty of room and plenty of staff. They just did not want to accommodate anyone at all. All in all, we still had a good time, but it was definitely not up to the standards we’ve had in Mexico, not even in the least We will definitely go back to the other ones in Mexico, but definitely not the Bahamas location

Christmas in Paradise
I really enjoyed my stay! The place was beautifully kept and clean. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. When I first arrived, I had a concern with my bed. Once I notified the front desk, I was immediately transferred to another room that was comparable to my original accommodations. The dining was always amazing. There were always fresh delicious offerings. We were a little disappointed that we could not get reservations at some of the restaurants. They were all booked. However, we were always able to take advantage of other available dining. Overall, I had a great time and would visit again. Thanks, RUI for your kindness and hospitality!!
