Celebrated my 60th Birthday at RIU Palace Las Americas for 10 days! Overall, it was an Amazing expierence, form the 1st day checking in to the last day checking out. The staff, especially Marlene in the buffet(breakfast & lunch) and Adrtian in the French & Japanese restaurant(dinner), was very accomodating. The Suite was very clean, the grounds were beautiful, and the food was delicious! Can't wait to return the end of the year!

Outstanding customer service
Marie at Reception was the standout star of our stay at Riu. From day one until our departure, she consistently went above and beyond, going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. Her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel truly valued, setting a high standard for customer service that defined our entire experience. The rest of our stay was equally impressive. Santiago (Italian and Steakhouse), Vivian (Krystal), and Nick (Buffet) provided excellent service in the restaurants. The staff's hard work was evident throughout the resort. Comfortable accommodations in our remodeled room with an outstanding view of the sea, well-maintained grounds, and a range of amenities complemented the outstanding service. Riu exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect blend of luxury and attentive care, making it highly recommendable for a memorable Caribbean getaway.

Wonderful time at the Riu
This is our 2nd time staying here and it was even better than the first Highly recommend Black & White restaurant for filets and huge lobster tail (at least 8 oz). The buffet is excellent too and the front desk people are great. Drinks were good and if you tip your waiters or servers, you can have the nice experience of being well taken care of. The hotel itself if beautiful, linens and towels are like new, rooms always clean and fresh. We tried all the restaurants and 24-hour place too and were totally pleased. Nice it is all adults inclusive too. We had 2 rooms for adult family members.

The only place we go
We love RPLA. From the room to the beach the food and the staff. Everything has been the best. Only thing I would like would be to be able to eat by the beach more. Understand the birds but It is amazing when they have BBQ outside.

Excellent Riu Palce las Ameicas
I have stayed in Riu hotels all across the world over 30 years this hotel is my favorite it is so well run and every member of staff makes you feel welcome not that I have ever had a bad experiance they just go above and beyond The food is excellent we liked The Japenese,Krystal and the Steak resurant the best All the parties are well done as is the evening entertainment The coffee bar was the icing on the cake they even had Earl Grey tea And the cake variety and quality are something I have not come across in any all inclusive or more select hotel
