This was my second trip in less than a year and I had an incredible experience. Resort is beautiful! Food was delicious and stafff was kind and accommodating.

Survey of RUI Montego Bay Palace
It was a very nice stay at the RUI PALACE. Not much entertainment at the Resort. Besides the entertainers at the pool side and those awesome servers, only one night I saw entertainment. I was told that you had to go to the other resorts to be entertained. Other than that, it was fab time celebrating our 29th year wedding anniversary!

Super fun time!
Great girls trip! Rooms were clean and large. Property was really nice. Specialty restaurants food was just okay but drinks were plenty! A lot of fun things to do across the the 3 resorts.

Had an amazing time here
We stayed here for two weeks and it was honestly the best vacation we ever had. The rooms are a bit outdated but overall it was clean enough. The staff over there was amazing. The entertainment was really great. During breakfast dr. Phil was always doing the most to make us feel welcome and during dinner Chad went above and beyond to give us everything we needed. We loved the beach and swimming in the ocean too.

I loved this place and I will be going back. This resort gives you access to all 3 of their properties. Every single one of their staff members were great!! Very accommodating. The property itself was very clean and so serene with the ocean right out back.
