A very nice hôtel, very clean; there is always someone sweeping the floor or cleaning the windows. The fine white sand beach was great, very few sea weeds, kept very clean by the employees. We had no issues finding chair at any time of the day, there are plenty. The pools were nice although the chair game is real. I wish people would be more respectful and actually use their chair rather than leaving a towel on it all day long. You have to go before 9:00 or after 16:00 to easily find a spot. The food was great. There is a lot of diversity at the breakfast and lunch buffet. There is also Pepe at the pool where you can have fast-food. We tried all the restaurants and also the buffet for dinner. Our favorite restaurants were the Steak house, Krystal (Fusion cuisine) and Mexican. An Hotel experience is always as great as its staff. First, we would like to thank Sandra who was keeping our room fresh and clean everyday. We would like to thank Jorge and his squad at the breakfast and lunch buffet who was exceptional; he was always there for us and made sure we had everything we need. We would also like to thank Cristopher at the beach who always started his shift at 10 by distributing water, such a nice attention. He knew what we were drinking and was of great service everyday. Thanks to Ana and Isabel at the square bar. Honorable mention to Jerry at the pool, Andre at the Mexican restaurant and Ancela at the Steak house. We really enjoyed our stay and might go back in the coming years.

RIU is our only hotel of choice in Cancun
We travel regularly to Cancun, and only stay at RIU. This was our third stay at Costa Mujeres, a clean & well-kept resort. Food is excellent, with many choices ranging from Asian, Steak (best), Mexican, and buffet. 4 pools and a massive waterpark to keep the kids entertained for hours. Staff is always very friendly and quick to assist for any request. 5 stars!!

Spring break trip - Amazing overall!
From when we showed up to when we left we were treated so amazingly! I love staying at Rius, they’re always so gorgeous. The pools were amazing, a little cold for me at least 🤣 otherwise so so nice, swim up bars were great. Beach was gorgeous each day. Shows at night were so entertaining glad that we went and got to experience this!

Checks all the boxes
Glad we chose this resort and would definitely come back again. Swim out suite was perfect! Staff is wonderful. Food is delicious. Entertainment was great! Pools and beach were perfect! Everyone would be happy here.

Great hotel!
This was our second stay in this hotel and will likely return again - it’s a perfect combo of great location and wonderful service.
