Everything at this resort was top notch! The food was amazing, the beach was spectacular and the service was incredible! The fact that the weather was perfect made it even better! I want to give an extra shout out to all staff members…particularly the guys working the Mezcal Pool Bar! You work incredibly hard and deserve to be recognized for your dedication to making the guests happy. Well done!

Gorgeous beach gorgeous resort
We spent a wonderful week here at the riu palace. The ride from airport was about a hour after stopping at a few other results, we arrived at resort and check in was quick and easy. We had a suite on the ground floor the room was clean and well decorated. The only complaint about the room was the double beds were very small two adults could not fit comfortably there is a pull out couch. The resort was beautiful everything was close and a short walk to the beach very very clean resort no complaints. I loved the food and drinks and all the workers made sure your cup was never empty. The beach was amazing no rocks in ocean we swam almost every day! The only negative thing would be the evening entertainment it lacked a lot of things for this size of resort. Highly recommend this place to anyone

The hotel was clean, and our stay was comfortable. I visited with my family on Christmas Day and stayed for five days. We had an enjoyable experience overall. The Mexican restaurant stood out as a highlight, though the other dining options were underwhelming. Cocktails were decent but had a slight aftertaste, while the wine met our expectations. The weather was perfect, but the sea was affected by a lot of seaweed. The pool was well-maintained, and the majority of the hotel staff were friendly. However, on one occasion, the towel staff informed us we could only have one towel per day, which was disappointing. Despite this, it was a pleasant stay overall.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres memorable trip
I spent Christmas at this hotel with family and friends. And we had an amazing time! The service was excellent. The buffet was outstanding. The a la carte food was Ok. The clean and well maintained facilities made our stay very enjoyable. A big thank you to the staff for making our holiday so special!

Great Family Christmas Trip
We took our 4 kids to the resort over Christmas break to celebrate Christmas. It was fantastic. The rooms were cleaned every day. The grounds were immaculate. The pools and beach were very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall if was a great trip. We hoe to return next year.
