This was our first time in Aruba and our first stay with a RIU resort. Everything was fantastic! The resort was beautiful, the food was great and every employee was very friendly and professional, especially at the pool bars. We highly recommend that you stay at the Riu Palace Antillas on Aruba!!

Amazing place!
This resort was so accomidating to my husband and I. The service was above regular. The room was beautiful and clean. The food was fun with different theme nights and nice restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Riu Palace Antilles - Aruba
Great place for a couples retreat; no pressure environment with a relaxing beach; of course the only draw back were the wind gusts kicking up the sand. But frankly, I personally needed to kick back and relax and celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. P.S.: one drawback is the glass in the bathroom shower allowing the light to shine in to the bedroom; a tension rod and curtain option would be a nice feature for the hotel to install. Otherwise, the ocean and pool views were great; and the accomodations very welcoming.

Wonderful stay!
Everything was clean from our room, to the pool areas, dining, etc. Slight odor in the hallways of the Antilles side, but this didn't carry over in to the room. Staff was always smiling, friendly and helpful. Check in took much longer than anticipated even though we were checked in on the app already and it wasn't busy when we arrived. Bed was comfortable, amenities were helpful and plentiful and we appreicated the new bottles of water in the room daily. Entertainment staff was WONDERFUL and the White Party was a blast!

Enjoyable Vacation
Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and space, pillows too soft but that’s our take, restaurants delicious including buffet, AC not working well in gym, having to reserve Palapa by 6:30 am not the best setup. Convenient location right on the beach. Bus service close by. Overall we had a very enjoyable vacation.
