This Adult only hotel in Costa Mujeres has the finest amenities, like a minibar, beverage dispensers and a balcony or terrace. The facilities of the Hotel Riu Latino also include five swimming pools, two of them with swim-up bars, so that you can enjoy a refreshing dip after relaxing in the lounge chairs in the solarium area. Check-in Policy - Deposits or credit/debit card hold authorizations are not requested at check-in. "Minimum age of 18 is required for check-in, an ID/Passport will be requested upon arrival.

Hotel Spring Break Policy -
1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Latino hotel.
2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.
3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:
a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.
c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID
d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.
4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.
5. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense.

6. Student / Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel.

The resort itself is beautiful and most of the staff were kind Juana had exceptional service. The food here is very bland and not good. The front desk refused to give us another key. We are only allowed one because they were saving on plastic. The drinks were extremely watered down even the bottles in our room were watered down. They did not fill up our bottles in the room like asked. There is a disgusting stain on the sheet in our room and we continually told housekeeping to change it they refused and kept putting on the dirty sheet. The beach is wonderful. The only restaurant I would go to is the Italian restaurant. The fillet was amazing. I paid for a full ocean view room and I got an I paid for a full ocean view room and I got a partial ocean view room and the bed was extremely hard. Unfortunately I’ll never be returning to this resort.

We thought we were done with all inclusive, but they’re just so, easy. This was our first adults only, and for us, it worked wonderfully. We love kids, but hey, been there, done that. Spotless and manicured child me to mind when describing the property, action packed or quiet, whatever you chose, and the entertainment, was fantastic. Loved basically every meal, if I had one gripe, and maybe this is my ears/hearing, the restaurants are just so loud, I think they need a few soft surfaces installed to dull the roar. Oh, and also, all adult water slides, what a win, loved them!!!

Spring break trip!
Beautiful hotel! They keep the property immaculate! The staff were very nice! Special shout out to Marlene, 1 of the waitresses at the buffet. She was so sweet & accommodating! The food (except after 10pm), the pools, the beach were all great! Something for everyone (our group 22-42 years old).

Relaxing week at RIU Latino
It is clear this resort/staff work hard to make your stay memorable. From welcome, you will be happy with maids. Reception, gardeners, serving staff, bartenders ect… Food- buffet was good but repetitive. A la Cartes were anti-climatic, but the no reservations system is fantastic. We ate only buffet after trying 2 a la cartes. I would say this resort is small and everything (-beach) are easily accessible The chair game— you can typically find chairs with shade at pools till about 9-10am. Beach shade is a little bit tougher as they only have a certain amount of umbrellas I guess. The drink carts around quieter pools is a very nice touch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beach- it is huge and beautiful but also a tougher walk to get too. The sand is thick and soft so someone with any minor physical disability would likely skip the beach. ***I would recommend the paved path to get to beach should be extended to at least the first section where palm trees are! The hammock section of beach is lovely All in all excellent choice!

100% recommend Riu Latino
I loved this resort and would 100% recommend. The food was actually really good and the people were so nice. They always kept you entertained and the resort was always kept clean. They truly wanted to give you the best experience. I would definitely go back.
