Check-in Policy - Deposits or credit/debit card hold authorizations are not requested at check-in. "Minimum age of 18 is required for check-in, an ID/Passport will be requested upon arrival.
Convention Policy : Groups traveling together can book this property for their stay taking advantage of group benefits such as 6th or 11th complimentary guest, Group dinner reservation, One complimentary cocktail hour with a selection of appetizers, One complimentary massage for the group leader, Complimentary room upgrades to the next category, Fruit plate and bottle of wine for the VIP, Private check-in when arriving together, Welcome sign. Hotel Spring Break Policy -
1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Latino hotel.
2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.
3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:
a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.
c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID
d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.
4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.
5. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense.

6. Student / Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel.

Great staff. Angelee in the Velvet lounge was great! We enjoyed going every evening. Jenny in our favourite section in Moctezuma was a sweetheart. Milan and steakhouse restaurants had great food selections. The buffet had lots of different foods. They also had special meals and presentations every evening. Mike with the poolside drink cart went out of his way to make us happy. Room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything spotless. Night shows were entertaining. Beach was kept very clean. Service was great all around.

Very modern, good food options, and the pools each had their own music and personality - well done! I would have liked a sunblocking tint on the room windows and patio doors. Enforce the dress code - pick a restuarant (steakhouse) and hold guest to it. Beer/wine were great, the other liquors seemed watered down a bit. Also the 3 big events are at other resorts - long 30-45min bus ride (no potty, lots of bumps).

I’ll definitely recommend to go
The hotel is relatively new, the staff is super friendly, especially Fanny at the buffet and Fernanda in the tourism’s who offered me to go to tulum which is incredible!! Show are great and PACHA DISCO is also great I enjoyed a great time there

Great Staff, Great Food, Very Clean!
My wife and I visited the resort just before Christmas. The staff are ALL very friendly and helpful. Maria in housekeeping was a delight. The food was great with a huge variety - especially at the buffet. I saw the staff frequently checking food temperatures and keeping trays tidy. The room and bathroom was perfect. The entire staff seems very professional and kind. I would definitely return to this resort.

Wonderful Nellie
Our meal experience was improved incredibly by the wonderful personality of our hostess "Nellie". Her smile, laugh, and endless hospitality was a blessing to our family of 10. RIU is well represented with such a happy caring bilingual individual. Thank you RIU and thank you Nellie!
