Hotel Spring Break Policies - Student Groups/Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property,
at their own expense. Parties in rooms are not permitted.

The Hotel reserves the right of admission and may request guests show passport or official ID to prove age. Apr 17, 2025Nice first time in the Dominicans
First time in the Dominicans, first time in an all inclusive... Very good value, and for this value all was perfect. The room was very basic and could receive a little bit more maintenance (rust on the lamps, dresser not straight...) but the bed was comfy enough, the shower great and a nice balcony... all enought fur the use of the room. A lot of choice of restaurants, all thematics buffets... you pick / try / choose... all is not the best but every body can find what they like. Only regret: we are in the Dominican Republic... why not some Dominican food in one of them!! The team in all restaurants and bars was great, they all have a smile and a lot of them are enjoying entertaining the customers. Nice pools, sometime difficult to find a free lounge chair; the beach is clean and paradisiac... but was windy.. was it this week, is it the Atlantic Coast... not sure... We did not participate to the Riu parties, apparently young people had fun... or was it the alcohol ;-) At the end, relaxing vacation...

We enjoyed our stay and housekeeper was amazing. Food and service was excellent. The only problem is that in certain restaurants you have to do a line but you can always go to the buffet and eat various food. Check in is unorganized and lack people to take your luggage.

Our Trip to Riu Bambu
Very clean, well spaced out, enough chairs, enough seating, the lobby was very friendly and helpful, we will go back in a heartbeat. The servers weren't very helpful with anything, careless, we were very disappointed on the service of the servers

Very happy with the hotel
Very friendly staff clean hotel good food knowledgeable.at Night the hotel had different show to entertain the guest

It is the worst place to go for a family vacation and with kids. Because it is the place to go for students during breaks, it’s super crowded, very loud. We stayed for 7 nights and 4 nights out of 7 were disturbed by noise by people forgetting their room keys and knocking loudly on doors to get in. Another night there was a fight in the complex we were in where there was shouting and screaming. Although we called the reception to send someone, they didn’t. They gave us a room with two single beds although we were a family of three with a teenager. After insisting they change our room after 2 days. The restaurants are poorly, the food is ok. I would stay away from this place.
