Nice hotel - good location
We just stayed one night but enjoyed it. Easy to get to from Orlando. Shana at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming! We stayed in the one bedroom suite which was spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy). Would recommend

Nice, convenient hotel for business
Pros: great location convenient to most parts of town via a short drive. Rooms are super spacious and have a large refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop. Closet is a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Room was Clean, and daily housekeeping. Cons: AC units are quite loud when they switch on, it sounded like a jet flying overhead. Coffee wasn’t replenished in the room during my 2 day stay.

Meh
Checked into our room and quickly asked to be moved; lights around the bathroom mirror weren't working, nor was the light over the table near the kitchenette; worst of all was the noisy AC unit. Once we moved to another room, it was quiet and clean. Breakfast is free and fair in terms of quality. The overall property seems worn out; a large portion of the Residence Inn neon sign on the front of the building was burned out, which kinda reflected the overall vibe of the place. There's a Publix grocery store across the street, but it's the grungy Publix in Melbourne. We had a quiet, safe place to sleep but we won't choose this option again when visiting the area.

Nice hotel. Quiet.
Rooms are a bit dated and the bed is very soft, but otherwise the hotel is very nice. Rooms are spacious with large fridge, bathrooms are clean, plenty of counter space, and although it’s next to a small airport, it is a quiet area. Minimal road noise. Service was friendly.

Very good stay! Recommended.
We stopped for a night on the way to Jax. I have stayed at a number of Residence Inns in the last few years and this was the nicest by far. A few things- Front desk staff was friendly, warm and efficient. Since they weren’t full, we were able to enjoy an upgrade to a one bedroom which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet and our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard (we’ve had better) but not bad in any way with lots of choices) I noticed the women working the breakfast area were quick to clear the tables after people left and quickly restock items as needed. They were noticeably on top of it and the dining area looked pristine both when we ate and when we left a little while later. While Residence Inns are not the highest end properties, this one over delivered and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it based on the attentive staff and cleanliness.
