Jan 25, 2025Ok hotel in a great location
Stayed here a few weeks ago. Parking is across the street. There is a covered bridge walk way for guests to directly access the hotel. Hotel is Nashville themed. It was clean and well kept in the public areas. Rooms were average size, and the cleaning service did a great job. The handle to turn on the shower did not work on checking in, but maintenance was able to fix it. Check in was a little off. The desk person seemed bothered by his job. Also, my name was not put in the system correctly so I could not initially access the wifi. There is also a $25 per day resort fee that is use it or pay for it. It is located right near Broadway, and walking distance to the Gultch. Overall, it was an ok hotel, but probably won't return.

Jan 24, 2025Nice Lobby but dumpy rooms with lots of issues
As some of the reviews have said, the main area on the lobby is nice and looks like maybe it was renovated in the last decade... ..but the rooms are very outdated and especially the bathroom. I noted several issues: 1. The rooms are very cold. I had my heater on 75, then 76 and now it's on 77 and it is still cold in the room. I had two queen beds and had to take the comforter off one of the beds to double up to sleep in the room. 2. The decor is old and probably 20+ years out of date. 3. Bathroom is tiny...barely can close door when sitting on toilet. 4. Shower tub is unable to drain fast enough. If you take a 5 minute shower, the water in the tub is over ankles and easily 4-5" deep. 5. Bathroom towels are scratchy and not pleasant. I think you get the picture....not the best of rooms, especially for the money.

Kay is the best! She delivered excellent, personalized service in the lounge. She provided great recommendations around town and was wonderful to talk to. The is by far the best lounge I’ve been in. Rooms are great and clean and location is great too!

Great New Years experience !!
Great hotel! The beds are comfortable! Pillows were awesome! All of the staff were nice and helpful!! The elevators zoom up to the floors!! Who knew that it would be such a great experience! Thanks to everyone !! Everyone made our stay great! Happy New Year!!

Great location and service
Great check in process. Was able to valet the car at the front door And walk 20 ft to front desk. Sam helped us check in and was super friendly and fast. We were in our room in less than 8 minutes from stepping out of our car. Rooms look great and the location is fantastic. Looking forward to a fun weekend in Nashville!
