They do not honor pre-paid reservations
1 star because the property is pretty amazing and I can’t give zero. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was horrific - they simply refused to honor our reservation and sent us 20 minutes away to a vastly inferior hotel. Our PRE-PAID!! reservations were made weeks in advance, and we even called 6 hours before our arrival and confirmed our reservation. It was not until we arrived - tired and stressed from a long family road trip - that we were told there were no rooms. The staff was unwilling to discuss alternative solutions and offered zero compensation. I’m absolutely appalled how a hotel of this stature and cost could place so little value on their guests and their experience. Buyer beware!!

Delightful stay, incredible staff
My stay at Ross Bridge with my niece and toddler grand niece was flawless. From the valet to Mr. Curtis, housekeeping, amazing bar staff and breakfast staff we were treated with utmost hospitality. Carlos provided so much more than professionalism expected at a five star – extra efforts in a sold out situation, kindness, and attention to every detail to ensure we enjoyed our time together as a family. He knew it was important to me to enjoy the indoor pool, especially with my little niece, and followed up after the first evening to make sure we had enjoyed it – which we did, very much. The breakfast buffet and made to order pancakes and waffles were absolutely delicious and the staff delightful. I enjoyed relaxing in the bar with delicious cocktails and on one afternoon we ordered some simple but very tasty small plates. The bartenders were top shelf, along with their service. Our sincere thanks to Carlos and everyone for a special family time to remember. I'll be back in a couple of months.

Renaissance Relaxation
Hidden away - but well worth the find is the Renaissance at Ross Bridge. Attention to detail, accommodating and friendly staff throughout. Relaxed location with great pools (indoor and outdoor). Rooms are tastefully decorated, with nice patios.

Top golf and spa hotel
I suppose that many guests come here to play the wonderful RTJ Ross Bridge golf course. Tee #1 is just a few steps away from the hotel complex. Unfortunately some of the golfers had to many beers during their round and dominate the facility with their noise. It can be loud in the different restaurants or bars, or outside on the patio. As a non golf playing guest you might feel disturbed. Other than that everything is top notch.

Poor service with minimal staff.
My husband and I joined 3 other couples with their children for a quick staycation. At check-in everything was great. The room itself was great but the service was terrible. They were not prepared for the number of guests on property. It was an 85 degree day and no bartender at the pool. After an hour and 50 minutes we cancelled our food order and just went to bed after watching our friends eat. It was obvious they were trying to operate on a skeleton crew to cut cost. we can get better service at a holiday inn. Not what you expect at a full service resort paying $300+ a night for a room.
