Good service, great food, I have lactose allergy, and waiter Jose went out of his way to help me out and made me a yummy lunch, the cooks are great to do it for me, with a little language burial, it was good at the end. Thank you so much! 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏

Christian and Julian were absolutely amazing behind the bar! Their kindness, energy, and top-notch service made our night unforgettable. They were friendly, attentive, and kept the good vibes going all night. We had such a great time thanks to them—definitely the kind of bartenders that make you want to come back. Cheers to an awesome experience!

Crystal Grand Cancun 2025 April
Alejo was the most wonderful server out in the heat every day by the pool. He made sure we had Everything we needed and was very quick. He is a wonderful person and hope he gets the recognition he deserves 5/5 service Jahir is an amazing bartender in the Altitude tour, he made sure drinks were full and was very pleasant to talk to and start a conversation with. Jahir made us feel like family and very welcomed. We hope he also gets the recognition he deserves. 5/5 service. All staff were friendly and very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend this report to family and friends.

Apr 14, 2025Amazing staff, dated hotel
The hotel staff were incredible. Nothing was ever too much for them Big shout out to Grisel who worked tirelessly at the buffet restaurant the entire time we were there. We were always greeted with a genuine welcome and smile. Another bug shout out to Felix at the pool fish bar. Again, nothing was too much trouble and by the end of our stay we didn't need to ask for drink or food; he knew our order! The pools were small but we could usually get a sunbed as the beach area with it's clear water and white sands made up for the lack in pool size. It would have been good to have more parasols around the pool area though as these were taken very quickly! The entertainment was a little hit and miss and there wasn't much in way of shows at night or things to do which is a shame. There were enough food options but not a great variety so fussy eaters might struggle. The rooms are incredibly dated and in desperate need of a refurb. It's not the usual 5* standard we have experienced in other countries or places. There is a VIP hotel, attached, and the service and rooms there might have been slightly better. There were several secluded areas at our hotel reserves solely for those VIP guests which is a shame. Not sure I would have paid extra for these from what I saw but I cannot comment on their closed off hotel. The beach is open to the public and therefore very crowded in the afternoon and at weekends. The hotel is also in the party area of Cancun which made it incredibly loud and noisy at night. I would not return to this hotel in the local Easter break. Our last evening and day were ruined and we left with a slight sour taste as we were literally inundated with hundreds of teenagers who were only interested in drinking, shouting, screaming and partying. They were allowed to continue this raucous and reckless behaviour until 4.30am leaving us with no sleep. It was such a shame! We will return to Cancun but possibly not to this specific resort. We will take away some very fond memories but did leave disappointed after the final couple of days.

Jose, jerson, and felix
Incredible service and incredible food. Jose, jerson, and felix are the best waiters of the whole krystal hotel. Funny and friendly they are really good. Besides the friendliness they are extremely fast with the food and even give you extra things with the food that make it even better and make you want more.
