Service was excellent. Amenities are perfect. Employees give a 1000% so we could have the best experience from David and Fernando at Rodeo Grill, and Aroma to Javier and Enrique bellboys and Lucia and Berenice at Buffet. We will missed them for sure.

5 Stars for This Adults Only Paradise
My boyfriend and I recently traveled to Playa del Carmen and stayed at the Platinum Yucatán Princess – Adults Only resort, and our experience was truly exceptional. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful rooms to the outstanding hospitality we received throughout our stay. A special shoutout to the amazing staff who made our trip even more memorable: Marcello from the bell team; Lalo, Manuel, Melissa, Alberto, and Fernando for their excellent service at the restaurants; and Leopoldo for his great energy behind the bar. We also really enjoyed the day and night entertainment—Mar and Jonny did a fantastic job keeping things fun and engaging. The evening shows were a highlight, with the Fire Show and Latin Show being our absolute favorites. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway!

Beautiful resort. Both Israel and Christian (Doormen) in the front lobby area were warm and welcoming and super helpful if you need any assistance. I'd recommend this resort to anyone needing a break from families with young kids while on vacation.

All Good!!!
Enrique bellhop Great Time and Service. Must go for everyone! You willl Enjoy!!! Pools and food best around. Must have the swimout rooms. Adults only, fairly quite but just enough 20 year olds for a good time!! Must go, for all folks! O, the Drinks are top notch!!

Best Resort Ever!
This is by far the best resort experience I’ve ever had. The food is excellent, lots of pools and activities for relaxing, and especially the entertainment team! If you’re ever playing the “crazy game”, Tania is the BEST teammate, she’ll make sure you have a lot of fun!
