I'm writing the review sipping on a cocktail at the gusto restaurant. Wanted to say a huge thank-you to Sofia who was a delight the entire night. The food was amazing. The staff cannot do enough to help you and are very accommodating. Such a beautiful country and lovely people.

Dining experience
This was our first time at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. We had an Amazing experience at the Teppanyaki bar. Rafa is a great chef and great customer interaction. Amazing food with a fun and entertaining experience. We all had a great night…..

The staff shined
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the restaurants. Dilan was an excellent Hibachi chef at East Sushi and Josefina, Josue and Dylan were very attentive servers at Blue Star. Erick from the PH experience desk was very helpful in booking the two adventures we took. One was the sunset cruise and the other was the canopy zipline tour. Both were excellent. We upgraded to Star and Steven was our Star representative. He was very helpful in understanding how the resort worked and securing dinner reservations.

Excellent service at Planet Hollywood!
The whole experience was amazing! Steven our Star Class representative was right on top of everything! Erick at the PH experiences went above and beyond. Also very much enjoyed Dilan the Hibachi chef! The Blue Star restaurant was great! Dylan, Josue and Joselim were excellent servers!
