The whole property has themed oriented by movies and Hollywood stars all over the place. You can also find interesting quotes inside the rooms by celebrities. Colors combined with purple, grays, and white inside the rooms give an elegant and dynamic atmosphere. Each room has reflected on the floor the initials PH at the entrance.

We had the best butlers Yomelly and Jerry! The food was really good, especially on the adult side and a la carte restaurants. I would recommend upgrading to star class at this resort. Also note that there are lots of kids. The service was excellent and the beach is beautiful!

Awesome stay. Food was best if you loved sea food. We loved the food - grilled lobster qnd fish. Room cleanliness was excellent. Although the entertainment for adult should be separate from the family section. We found the shows allotted mostly for children. Beach front area is great. Staff were great. We walked everyday and staff were courteous and friendly accommodating. Swimming pool were congested although there was a walkout pool for some rooms nobody seems to used them and everyone was in the main pool.

Amazing resort… amazing service… a must try resorts in Cancún!
This resort is non like I’ve been to before…. So many activities, lots of entertainment… wonderful beach and pools. Amazing if you want to go just adults.. but also great for kids. If you want a chill, relaxing vacation this is a spot. I got the star class experience and it’s very worth it! Amazing restaurants and premium drinks. I was so lucky to have the best 2 butlers in the whole resort. Jerry and yomelly! Jerry and Yomelly were on top of everything from things I needed in the room, restaurant reservations, any questions. They did it all. I can’t express how much I appreciate their services. Kept me updated with everything happening in the resorts. They’ll put you in a group chat and handle all of your needs…. And I mean ALL! Shout out to Jerry and yomelly for taking my trip to the next level. If I came back I would have to request them 100%

First trip to Cancun
Staff was very good👍 Food was fine Drinks were great👍 Star class swim out beach front room building 11 is worth the money highly recommend Iguanas outside were pretty cool to see Adult scene Star class pool ask for Francisco he's the best server!!👍👍

During our visit, the Kids Club stood out as a highlight. The staff members were welcoming, attentive, and skilled at creating a fun, safe environment for the children. Our children especially loved participating in interactive games, creative workshops, and outdoor adventures, which allowed them to make new friends and stay entertained. For parents, the Kids Club proved to be a fantastic addition, offering a chance to relax while knowing their kids were having a great time in a supervised setting. The team’s dedication and the variety of activities made it a standout feature of the resort, adding immense value to your family’s overall experience. Special thanks to Rose, alice, wendy, cynthia, fatima, marey, itzel the staff from kids club. They were amazing.
