Amazing Stay
The stay was amazing and the customer service was outstanding. I was greeted every single time I was in the lobby and walking to come into the building by the valet. Amazing service very clean rooms and nice balcony. It is centrally located close to restaurants and a 5 mini walk to the beach. 11/10 stay. Highly recommend.

Great location, awesome staff, and comfy room!
This hotel is so cute and in such a prime location! I loved the staff, the rooms, and being able to walk to the beach and nearby coffee shops and stores. Would totally choose to stay at Romer again when i'm back. I was here for work and it still felt like vacation due to my experience.

Do not stay here
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Absolutely not worth the price you pay. The manager at the front desk Nani was training another staff member and took it upon herself to racially profile me and roll her eyes when I asked for Kama’aina resort fee discount which is clearly listed on their website. Absolutely do not deserve this kind of treatment no matter who you are, Kama’aina or not. On top of that the rooms are tiny, zero parking options besides Valet which is so expensive. The Resort fee is over $50 a night and this does not feel like a resort whatsoever so not sure why I would be paying such a large fee. Overall horrible horrible horrible option

Loved it, Find "Ramona", Amazing drinks too!
I am obsessed w the Romer House Waikiki! it's the perfect mix of city life yet so close to the most gorgeous beaches in the world. We ate at the restaurant twice, enjoyed the nightlife, amazing drinks and met the "mayor of the block" Ramona who runs the island, you have to meet her :)

A Great Retreat in Waikiki
I really like the vibe of this hotel. Wonderful relaxing pool and bar area. The feeling was like staying at an understated cool lounge, with great music playing to set the mood. The decor has a nice mid century look, yet brought up to today's standards. The rooms are nicely appointed with photos of the local area (I loved seeing the old Waikiki). Located on a quiet street, just off of Nāhua St, provided great access to restaurants, shopping and public transportation. Last but not least, the staff are welcoming and greet with a "welcome home", after returning back in. I look forward to staying here again.
