I travel to Oahu almost every other month... so I've stayed in a lot of different hotels within the Waikiki strip...Romer Waikiki takes the cake for the best hotel I've stayed at - BY FAR. The rooms are spacious, with tons of mirrors—aka, the ultimate setup when you’re traveling with a group of girls. The little toiletries they provide (like a hair comb and toothbrush) make such a difference, especially when you forget something small but crucial. Location-wise, it’s perfect—walking distance to all the main restaurants, stores, and beaches, and even key tourist spots like Manoa Falls. Also DO NOT stay here without trying the food downstairs.. it's phenomenal. But the real stand out was the staff. Everyone was beyond accommodating and genuinely so kind. Plus, they always have different deals going on, so if you love a good bargain (who doesn’t?), this is the place to book. 10/10, can’t wait to stay again!

Very nice place to stay, centrally located & easy to get around on foot. Staff was helpful & VERY friendly, especially Nani & Keala. Room was nice, housekeeping was good- some towels had light marks but were clean & soft. Only downside was Pool bar as hours & service was inconsistent, Pool was WAY too hot, more like jacuzzi then just heated. Overall, very good, will be back!

Adults only is a win!
Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Being adults only is the best part! I would definitely stay here again. Right in downtown, easy walking to many restaurants and beaches. The bar and restaurant are top notch as well! Front staff is unmatched in quality and kindness.

Perfect for a group trip!
I loved that the hotel was adults only, it made my gfs and I more comfortable to freely walk in and out of the place. Drinks and food at the hotel’s restaurant was absolutely amazing and every single staff member was professional and fun to interact with. The location is perfect since it’s a short walk to many shops and Waikīkī beach, and a short drive to hikes and other restaurants. Since we got the splitsies offer it included two cabanas at the hotel’s ‘backyard’ pool, the food we ordered there was AMAZING! and the bartender was great. Will definitely be heading back with friends and family.

I would rate zero if I could. Absolutely horrible company who lies and steals money, and blames it on individual staff. Do not come here if you are not sure that nothing in life will come up that may affect your trip, or you will be lied to, and not helped at all by any management. Called, talked to the manager, was lied to, and left multiple email with no response. Horrible experience, will never come back here, horrible customer service, everything was terrible and the room was incredibly small. Do not come here. Everything in and around the hotel smells like actual sewers and trash.
