Great place to stay
This place can't be beat. Centrally located for entertainment, Ultra easy check-in (especially compared to Caesar's properties), nice no smoking casino, great, easy to get food, and clean comfortable rooms. This is my go-to hotel for a stay in Vegas. Would recommend!

MGM is the BEST!!!
We had a large family gathering of up to twelve people on and off. MGM overall is the best!!! We stayed at Park MGM, which was OK compared to the other places. We stayed here this time because the family had gone to see Bruno Mars. This is a great place for family of all ages which we had the age range of family from 13 years of age up to the 80s.

Very nice common areas, rooms not great
Common areas were very nice, what you would expect in Vegas. Room was bland and had an odor. Carpets looked like it was 20 years old and I suspect this is what held the odor. Annoyed with the unadvertised and mandatory $57/day "resort fees" that amount to zero value to the average guest. I know that's not uncommon any more but we shouldn't become accustomed to accepting that as the new norm.

Dirty room
Our room was filthy. The amount of dust and dirt in our room was unexpected, and although the room looked good in photos, in person it was falling apart. The main draw for staying at Park MGM was a smoke free hotel. But with that I think we expected the rooms to be fresh. That was not the case and we have had better experiences at other locations that allow smoke in their facilities.

Just ok
Nothing spectacular about this hotel. Lipstick on a pig with the remodel. Bed was ok, no coffee pot, rough towels, lack of customer service. Has potential to be nicer but they need to put the money into it. Could Use some more late night food and drinks
