General Policies:

Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds. If you don’t provide a credit/debit card, a cash deposit is required upon check-in for incidentals. Please check with hotel for daily incidental fees/security deposits.

No smoking allowed in the casino, convention center, restaurants and bars, hotel rooms, corridors, or common areas, including resort pools.

Convention Policy - Convention attendees cannot not book this property for their convention stay, they must book through the proper convention source. Convention attendees that violate this policy will be responsible for paying any higher rates and may not be eligible for any promotional offerings.

If there is evidence of smoking in your room, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 charged to your account for Park MGM rooms.
Pet Policy

Dog-Friendly Fee applies as follows:
• Dogs are the only animal allowed.
• There is a mandatory dog friendly fee of [$100.00 per night, per dog] for rooms and [$150.00 per night, per dog] for suites. These fees will be applied to your folio and payable directly to the hotel at time of checkout.
• Up to two dogs are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
• A second dog fee will be charged at check-in if bringing two dogs.
• Due to health code regulations, dogs (except for service dogs) are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through.
• Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites, and the designated outdoor locations.

    Park MGM - you're making a great choice!

    I have stayed here so many times that I have lost count. This establishment has the friendliest, most helpful staff that anywhere else I have stayed. Even though I can stay at many other places with earned comps, I always come back here. Try it - you'll be happy you did!

    Quick getaway to Park MGM

    We arrived on a Friday evening and our checkin process was quick and efficient. Room on the 15th floor was spacious and had a nice bathroom with a shower with dual heads. Good water pressure. We did have an issue with our heating cooling system. We called guest services and it was fixed within 15 minutes!! Maintenance crew was great. As always, we love the smoke free casino and the central location of the property. The Park MGM is our go to resort in Las Vegas.

    Great Stay at Park MGM

    Exceptional stay at the Park MGM. Non smoking in a hotel/casino is rare, but what a great thing!! This place is clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly! The food at the Eataly is so well done! This was my 4th time staying here and I will return time and again.

    Amazing time

    Clean, elegant, and easy. Far less crowded than other hotels. Interior design and architecture made me feel like i was in monaco. Definitely would recommend, to others as I do not enjoy overly crowded hotels and cigarette smells that other casinos/hotels have.

    Comfortable & Convenient!

    Well appointed rooms with comfortable beds, black out shades & large bathrooms. Resort is clean & smells fresh. Great location with easy access to strip & taxis. Plenty of food options on site & short walk to other options on strip or neighboring resorts.
