The room needs better sound proofed
What I like: - eataly is right next to the hotel - taxi/share riding pick up area is easy to find and close to the bell service - close to concenient stores where I can purchase necessities, e.g. gallons of distilled water What I dislike: - I can clearly hear the conversation next door. The person to my left was a gentleman who came back around midnight every night and he spent about an hour talking to his friend/family either on the phone or video chat. Also I can hear him coughing through out the evening while sleeping. The person to my right set up alarm at 645am and out it on snooze 3 times before he/she got up and had a shower. That person also liked to roll up/down the curtains before bed. I don't have superpower but the walls are definitely too thin and not sound proofed at all.

Great experience as usual
My sister and I stayed in suite 8301 and loved every minute. It was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is great and the casino is smoke free, which we love. I would highly recommend staying there. Make sure to check out La La Noodles for a delicious meal.

Great hotel with even greater staff.
After our flight was canceled a security Guard by the name of Hank Graae overheard my phone call with the airlines and hotel reservations and was kind enough to ask if we were ok and offered us dinner recommendations. Also Nevin from the hotel shop was very helpful. This kind of customer service is why we love The Park

Non smoking hotel and casino environment
Very good because it was a non smoking environment - all the other hotels/casino allows smoking and it is hard to breath when walking thru or sitting and playing on the slots especially if you’re not a smoker. The room was clean with a roof view but we didn’t get our room cleaned till the second night and we left a tip on the bed both times. Park MGM is a beautiful hotel that joins to Aria and Bellagio there’s a lot of walking and free tram service between MGM properties but good safe experience. Security and bell desk staff were helpful and courteous. If you play my Vegas slots to get free play it’s a hassle and we weren’t able to use it seeing that you spend hours playing online in hopes of getting some extra benefits. Won a jackpot at Excalibur and felt safe playing longer knowing we had a lot of cash with us. We had a safe pleasant walk back to Park MGM with large amount of cash via New York New York hotel casino bridge. The one thing you should be prepared for is constant electrical static and sparks when touching metal. We hated pressing elevator button touching door handles. You could also feel the jolts through your clothes. Overall we enjoyed the MGM properties experience.

The Place Keeps Working Hard To Please Customers
Always surprised how well the staff provides great care. It is our favorite place to stay, the casino is not filled with smoke, any problems the staff is quick to assist. I have been there many times in the last 4 years and the place has only gotten better.
