Clean and smoke-free
I'd like to give it a 3.5/5. We stayed in a King Stripview room February 20-23. I thought it was "good". The entirety of the casino and hotel is non-smoking. That is a BIG plus. The entirety of the casino and hotel was very clean. I appreciate that a LOT. We could see the strip from our room but it was a from a distance. We actually enjoyed watching the airplanes from the airport for a bit. The mattress could not be called comfortable. The pillows were fine. There was no coffee maker. To get a decaf and a regular coffee through room service would have been about $40, we went without. The closet was really tiny. No robes. No microwave. We had a great time in Vegas. I think we will look for a hotel where we can have coffee next time.

Favorite hotel in Vegas
Great hotel, and great staff.. I've stayed here twice now, and it is one of my favorite hotels in Vegas. The staff is very polite, from the front desk, to baggage check , and security....everyone is outgoing in their service. Aside from the service I love that it is a non smoking hotel, and that the room and hotel are very clean and stylish.

Disappointing Budget Hotel
The rooms are very budget-like in their decor and design. The hotel is overpriced. There were stains on the bathroom floor - I think rust stains... not sure. We also had trouble with the room. The blinds wouldn't open, making the room feel dark and cave-like. The water valve in the shower was seized so you could not take a shower. When we went down to the front desk to get a new room we were initially told we would have to wait 3-4 hours as there were no rooms immediately available. When pressed they suddenly had a "accessible" room available. It should not have turned into a dispute.. empower your people to make it right... The Starbucks in the lobby - didn't have coffee available. The coffee machine was broken. No sign out front.. stand in line to be told they have no coffee... Really? You only have one coffee machine? Eataly is a cool place to grab a bite.. .but the long lines made it impossible to get anything to eat in a timely way - breakfast was disastrously busy - we had to leave to hotel to eat. Not a good way to monetize your hotel guests... This hotel presents like a budget hotel... but charges prime rates... I will not return.

Wonderful stay at Park MGM Las Vegas
We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our Park MGM Las Vegas experience! Staff members were always very nice and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable (and we especially loved the fact that the entire property is smoke free). Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!
