    Terrible Service

This hotel had the worst service. If you don't have Hyatt status, don't bother. It's not worth the cost. We received better service at other Hyatt locations. The staff completely ignored any requests unless I went to the lobby myself. We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

    Great stay!

Park Hyatt was such a great choice for my fiancés birthday. Everyone is so friendly from entry to room service. Room service was very nice and they made the day even more special by bringing chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to our room because I mentioned it was his Birthday ( totally wasn’t expecting anything) there was even a hand written card! This was all here when we returned. We didn’t visit the pool but looked very nice. I loved my stay, and would recommend!! I’ll definitely be back!!!!

    Largest hotel room in NYC

Obsessed with how large the room we got was. I have never felt more luxurious in a hotel room in NYC. We got the AUD suite which was perfect. It was just me in the room but perfect or a couple and a kid. Big fan, would stay again. The gym was decent size and the hot tub/pool room was great as well.

    Lacking customer service/communication

Spacious room, but this hotel has rigid/nonsensicle rubric for upgrades. Did not anticipate my needs or comfort based on the room. Did not inform guests when booking or checking in that there are no bathrooms/changing facilities for the pool area.

Amazing hotel at an amazing location

A wonderful stay despite the bad weather. We had a suite on the 23rd floor of the hotel with a view of Central Park. The room was spacious with separate living room that had space for a work desk as well as a rollaway cot. A powder room near the entrance was an extra perk. The bathroom had a large tub, dual sinks, a Japanese toilet room, and a massive shower with luxurious Le Labo products. There’s a tv in the bathroom mirror too. As Globalist, we were able to get free breakfast not only at the restaurant but also as room service. Food was delivered timely and was always delicious. Plenty of water bottles given and Nespresso coffee was available in the minibar. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but it’s a large lap pool with plenty of loungers. Hot tub and sauna also in same area. The gym was well equipped, clean, and stocked with cold water bottles and towels. It has 3 Peloton bikes which allowed me to get more Hyatt points with each ride. The front desk and concierge personnel were so friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a car that can drive you within 10 blocks. It was super helpful for us to get to a dinner reservation in time when Uber/Lyft was taking too long. We were there for a concert at Carnegie Hall and it is literally across the street and so convenient. Can’t wait to return when the weather is warmer.
