    Delightful experience

Delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location located one block from Central Park and next to Carnegie Hall. And heated floors in the bathroom were an unexpected, great surprise at 2 AM!

    Amazing luxury in Manhattan.

Family of 3 with 11yo from Boston. Drove to Manhattan for Aladdin Broadway show, and stayed one night at Park Hyatt. What a luxurious experience. We had been to Park Hyatt in Kyoto Japan, and like it, the level of specialness exudes here. As Globalist we enjoyed perks like suite upgrade, late checkout. Also complementary were valet parking and complementary breakfast at the hotel restaurant. These last two perks are nothing to laugh at. As of February 2025, they were $150/daily and ~$220(family of 3) respectively ! Yup NYC prices. Our suite had a massive bathroom with a TV inside the massive mirror. The floors were heated. What a difference that makes. Our suite was wonderfully appointed. The hotel is extremely close to Central Park. We highly preferred this location over Times Square. Indoor pool ? A rarity in NYC. The pool is extremely modern and large. Fitness center is top notch with latest equipment from Technogym. The staff is all courteous as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel (one of two in Manhattan). After a long day out touring the city, walking into our luxurious suite was a wonderful experience. Thank you Park Hyatt for such a wonderful experience.

    Tranquil, polished, and pool

Our second stay. Very big rooms for NYC, extremely well sound proofed, beautiful and zen-like decor, a little bit removed from the zoo of midtown where so many of the other 5-star hotels live, close to Central Park, convenient to many subway lines and major hubs, centrally located... And that pool! After a long day in the crowds, that pool sure is a lovely thing for unwinding before dressing for dinner.

    Spacious, beautiful luxury hotel!

We are Globalists and came to NYC to attend our daughter's performance at Carnegie Hall. This hotel is perfectly positioned across the street and close to many subway lines and Central Park. PHNY has been a bucket list hotel for a long time! We were upgraded to a one bedroom city view suite - ours didn't have a separate living room, but it was spacious which was so helpful because we had friends come in for a play date and we had 5 people over post-show for some snacks. The soaking tub fit was great and I think the rain shower changed my husband's life. My 5.5 yo was obsessed with the pool. It was always empty when we went. I loved the steam room and really wished I could've used the gym. We stay in a lot of nice hotels and this was the best. Globalists get free parking (amazing value because it's $90 per night) and we got our friends to use this benefit since we didn't have a car. We also get free breakfast at the restaurant or in-room. The latter was so helpful on the last day so we could eat and pack at the same time. The service was great - from the staff at the restaurant to housekeeping. Huge shout out to Joyce G. for taking care of us.

Amazing Staff - Shout out to Lilia!

We stayed at the Park Hyatt in October and had the best hotel experience. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service provided by Lili (I think her full name was Lilia?). She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly special from the moment we arrived. She was so kind to our children, even giving our youngest a stuffed squirrel souvenir, which he named Lili. Overall, the entire staff was incredibly kind and professional. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
