Sara at karnika steakhouse was great. She gave us wonderful service. She is a great server and very friendly and made our experience amazing at this restaurant We will definitely go back and request her as our server. Love this place and Sara

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Do NOT book!
DO NOT BOOK HERE. It’s my birthday, and I’d rather be at home right now. From the start of our stay we’ve been met with problems. Booked for a double bed, they put us in a king bed. Who said we wanted to sleep together? They said they couldn’t accommodate us. Service is lackluster and piss poor. It seems as though we’re bothering them in the restaurants and the bars. Food has been cold the entire time—from the buffet to room service to the restaurants. We spoke with front desk twice and our travel agent who said they’d send a complaint to guest services. No resolution was met. Today was my breaking point. I spoke with Guest Services agent Sonibul (check spelling). She said there’s nothing they can do about it. Said we should’ve complained to them earlier as if we hadn’t complained to other people before. This resort is not luxury, at all. Buffet serves the same food, tables are constantly dirty, broken beach chairs, dirty pool beds. Everything has been terrible. Never again

I feel very comfortable and relaxed! Hotel very nice and clean! Food is good , service excellent! Delis Garcia every day gave me daily schedule and help me booked the restaurant! Feel like home. If you go vacation, it’s should pick this hotel!

Our visit this year was a little disappointing, public areas were crowded and other than the beach members had a tough time utilizing the pool services. Food needs to improve in certain areas the Members dining area is excellent but not everyone visiting the property can use Amor de Mar. Origins always has a great selection of good food as do some of the other restaurants, Karnica needs work food is not as good as it should be.. Hotel rooms and amenities were top notch, clean and in great condition. Enjoyed the entertainment but the stay wasn't as relaxing as in the past.
