Check-in Policy: Upon check in, the hotel requires payment of all resort fees plus a per day deposit on a credit/debit card in the guest’s name for incidentals. Upon your departure, the deposit will be released (less any charges to your room) to your credit card within 2 business days, or credited to your debit card. Please allow 5-10 business days for your issuing bank to apply refunds back to your debit card.

Top notch concierge at VIP Registration
I have stayed at Palms Resort and Casino several times since the reopening in 2022. At the beginning of each stay the first person I meet is either Charlie or Alexis. I love how welcoming both of them are by recognizing me each visit. They handle the logistics of handling the check-in process flawlessly and make sure my needs are met each time. The professionalism just sets the tone for an enjoyable visit each time. A++ I highly recommend staying at Palms to people I know. There are many others that serve their patrons beyond normal expectations.

The Palms is amazing!!!
I never write reviews but just wanted to say how much I love the palms and just a few reasons why They have all the latest slot games They always have great concerts with current artists they have the best players club value (free gifts weekly free food weekly and easy to win free buffets for two way more free play than most hotels and great comps on rooms too) I feel like I have more fun at the Palm's bars than most others I've been to in Vegas That's all thanks to their amazing bartenders I loved talking to all of them Tracy at the sports bar was my favorite with her friendly attitude and adorable smile I wish I remembered everyone's name because they were all so super cool!!! Even the security guards would stop by the bar and chat a little from time to time Everyone there just seems to have a super good inviting attitude I highly recommend the Palms and look forward to my next visit hopefully soon!!!!

Bad Experience
Came to Palms Casino on a comp from my neighborhood casino. (Bally’s - they’re messy too) I’m disabled and was offered a king bed room by the elevator during booking. I received a 2 full beds room the farthest from the elevator for myself and my husband. (Only key to be found for a room) The mattress was slanted and lumpy so, I kept sliding towards the floor all night and waking up stiff and in pain. Comp came with $50 per night food credit, which no one seemed to know anything about. Like I was only person using this comp. (Buffet food was TERRIBLE and EXPENSIVE anyway!) False charges for the mini bar (sensored for theft), lost thousands in 2 1/2 days because the slots were awful. (came Sunday after 8 and left Wednesday morning) and the room cleaner threw away my shower cap!!! Probably the worst mini vaca I’ve ever had. And on my last morning there, I met Paige (Front desk rep) and I finally felt like an invited guest. Paige fixed EVERYTHING!!! She fixed it without breaking a sweat, without getting angry over my meltdown, and with knowledge and class. Paige should get a promotion because she “Stands on Business” 5 stars for her ONLY. Because of Paige, I actually had a peaceful breakfast on my last morning there. Thank you everything Paige 💜

Where have you been Palms?! Wow!
I’ve been coming to LV for 20 yrs and although I’ve gambled at Palms, I’ve never stayed in one of their suites — and it is absolutely perfect. Check in was so easy, friendly and efficient. Was able to check into my room an hour early to wash up and take advantage of all the amenities and casino - the art and personal touches are outstanding, huge Cali king bed with tons of pillow options, large marble bathroom with soaking tub… This suite has it all and I’m just bummed and didn’t make this my home resort years ago. Beautiful spa, tons of restaurants and almost walking distance to Las Vegas Chinatown. It’s a perfect spot! And the band is setting up! Special thanks to Kimi for the welcoming smile and above and beyond attitude. Really appreciate you!

When I was having trouble with a comp Jerry stepped in and assisted me with my daughter who is in a wheelchair across the casino floor right to the restaurant to make sure we were well taken care of!! He actually cares about people and providing excellent service!!
