    Uh-Maz-Ing!

Everything was amazing! From Valet, to check in, our stay and to check out was smooth and wonderful. Desie in the VIP Lounge went above and beyond with the "Red Carpet" treatment and hospitality. Started our day with refreshing cocktails at the Laguna Pool at Palms Place, had a late lunch at the delicious Tim Ho Wan restaurant and then danced the night away with a beautiful view of the Strip at The Ghostbar. Everyone was courteous with great customer service. Highly recommended to stay here and definitely returning. Summertime at the pool will be fun, yet relaxing. A great getaway to escape for a while. Thank you, Palms Casino Resort!

Nice hotel, nice casino, good times!

Lovely rooms, good size, comfortable bed, clean and tidy, good bathrooms, nice mountain views. Complimentary valet parking was great. A little outside noise can be heard at night. Nice casino down stairs. Lovely roof top bar, good views and they gave me a ticket for a free glass of bubbly. However, because my husbands shorts didn’t have belt loops he had to change…. He wore lovely smart black shorts, but had to change to ripped skinny jeans that had belt loops….. silly (only for the rooftop bar). Busy pool with a nice bar and good vibes. Unsure why they only had 1 pool open, this meant many people had no where to sit so couldn’t stay at the pool. Good food options available. We really enjoyed our time here.

Palms casino becoming less local friendly

The Palms when it opened was the best place for locals to gamble . New managers and marketing are dropping the ball with the offers/ customer service . The highest player card was sent 5$ offers which is down right insulting not a good incentive to keep customers coming back. Lots of changes and cut backs are noted plus I see lots of people resigning . That personalized experience being greeted with a hug or handshake is gone . VIP players got to know the general manager as well as managers from all departments now everyone is MIA .

    Sing Noodles

Went on our weekly Palms jaunt and had dinner at Send Noodles. The restaurant was full with the exception of the 3 tables which hadn’t been cleaned yet. The take out line was long so Jessica the Hostess was assisting them and let us know waiting in line for a table she would get the tables cleared soon. The take out orders were all picked up but the tables still hadn’t been cleared by the wait staff so Jessica asked us to to give her a moment and went and got a tray then began cleaning a table for us. We thanked and tipped her and said we know it isn’t her job to do that but we appreciated her helping the team. After she sat us, she went and cleared a table for the next set of guests waiting in line. I asked another employee if there were comment cards but he said to leave a review on here. I hope management sees this and recognizes Jessica for her positive attitude and willingness to help.

No class for a high limit room stay away! All they do is stand around and not work and talk and ruin guests experience.

Worst experience!! This so called high limit room is a disaster. The bartender got dressed in-front of my wife while I was playing at the table games. The beverage staff were not working they were just chatting and loitering in the room!!! No class!!!!!!!!! Horrible experience! I overheard a young woman also complaining! Tacky behavior for a high limit room! No class whatsoever.
