Mar 30, 2025Great little beach resort!
Location is perfect! Love the convenience of the beach, pool and tiki bar on the pool deck. Love the little walking path through town. Several good restaurants that you can just walk to and lots of others a short drive away. If you love seafood and don’t mind a little drive go to Hog Snappers in Tequesta - you won’t be disappointed! The views are not great in all the rooms, especially those on the parking lot side. The furnishings are definitely dated and could use an update but it is clean and functional. We have stayed here many times and keep coming back!

Perfect Location
This resort is perfectly located on Singer Island off the coast of West Palm Beach and is right on the beach. The restaurant, Tiki Bar and pool are wonderful amenities.

Mar 20, 2025Not a Gold Star resort.
We stayed here almost 20 years ago and wanted to revisit to see the upgrades. Well there are no upgrades. We arrived and our unit not ready despite arriving one day later… even after calling to let them know…don’t t want to hear it’s been a busy week. Then we got to our room which faces the parking lot, over the building air conditioning. Flooring in the unit chipped, Fixtures in kitchen and bathroom including shower heat very old. And we have exactly 4 plates, utensils and 2 sharp knives. So if you want to eat 3 meals in your unit you need to wash dishes. You have to get to the pool early to get/save a chair but they are very good about policing and removing items from unoccupied chairs. Mini dishwasher just enuf for 4 plates an ALL 4 forks and butter knifes. Pretty sad for a Gold Star place. It seems like their real focus is on selling time shares. Over half of parking lot is valet only. Extra charges for parking (and not enough spots for all) and beach chairs, cant take own luggage to room - have to use door people, no washer dryer in unit, Good news.. the halfsized frig does make lots of ice! Friendly housekeeping staff here and very responsive. Bed mattresses feel aged. Definitely feel my partner getting in/ out of king sized bed. Very rare that happens. Sofa and chair are saggy and very uncomfortable… cheap plastic chairs and table on balcony. This place reminds me of a place thats trying to cover its big issues with a coat of paint but big fail! Very nice pool and deck area.

The perfect location!
Palm Shores Villas is the perfect resort for individuals & families or need a small, accessible & self-contained resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is close to many attractions.

Mar 18, 2025Owners should be treated as owners not lied to
We bought 2 years ago.We were told as a buying perk that if you book on the owners tab in RCI you will get a condo facing the pool We did not I expressed my displeasure told the desk we are owners and they said sorry but no request it next time. We have never had to before I then asked to speak to the manager I told him I was an owner he said that owners are the same as others that book We pay maintenence fees booking fees they don't He then lied and said all the rooms are booked by owners Customer Service told me that was not true or he lied the sales staff lied My advice do not invest they lie and do not believe in Customer service As I sit on my owners deck watching a dumpster get empty horn beeping Is this really worth the money we spent and are still spending I asked for a corporate number and was denied I think they want to keep it a secret That is why I am writing this No more lies Why do they have to bait and switch and what kind of company backs this Have always loved it here bad taste this time from l Lies from management
