Honest Review: Palm Beach Shores Resort, Singer Island, Florida For over 20 years, my family has enjoyed visiting Palm Beach Shores Resort. The staff was always attentive and friendly, and we loved the intimate, welcoming atmosphere so much that we purchased a resale unit—and then a second one. Unfortunately, under the new management, Vacatia, the resort has taken a disappointing turn. While there are some surface-level improvements, the rooms remain outdated, stuck in the 1970s. Maintenance has noticeably declined—scum lines the sides of the pool, which staff used to clean diligently each morning, and the hot tub is half-covered in mold and mildew. Longtime employees seem to have been replaced, and even the live music, which added to the resort’s charm, has been cut back. The overall guest demographic has shifted, giving the resort more of a nursing home feel—think Cocoon—and at times, it resembles public housing, with guests hanging bed sheets and clothing over the railings. Many longtime owners are now trying to unload their timeshares, and it’s easy to see why. A quick look at the Better Business Bureau shows the resort has an F rating—hardly fitting for an RCI Gold Crown resort. What’s most frustrating is that loyal owners are now treated as second-class, often assigned parking lot view rooms, while first-time guests are given ocean views to entice them into purchasing timeshares under misleading promises. It’s heartbreaking to see a once-beloved resort decline like this. I can no longer recommend Palm Beach Shores Resort to anyone considering a visit or a timeshare purchase. I truly hope management takes action before it’s too late.

Great place for a vacation. Friendly staff and great facilities. Pool,beach.entertainment,restaurant and hot tub on site. Easy walk to other restaurants and stores. A great place to stay.

Older resort with old school feel.
Great staff. Restaurant on site has many options and nightly entertainment. Other restaurants within 1 to 2 blocks away. Nice pool. Beach access. Nice spa and fitness center.

You can't beat the beachfront location and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The resort was reportedly bought by an outside entity and is promising upgrades. Can't wait to see what they do with the place.

Is great place to stay in palm beach
Absolutely love absolutely love this place.It's located on the ocean.They have a restaurant with music every night of the week. Heather the Pool girl is always helpful.Given out Towels love Jack Who helps carry your luggage up to your room?They have valet parking. Alfredo at the desk, remembers your name as you pass by.
