Likes- cleanliness, staff friendliness and reactive to issues, no resort fee unless using beach chairs/umbrellas/etc (no charge for pool chairs and towels), overall value, hotel restaurant is good, beach bars/restaurants in walking distance, proximity of beach, and overall value. Opportunities- needs updating, need more than 1 server at Tiki Bar for pool guests, room A/C unit very loud (causes need to adjust tv volume up and down), beach sand is very soft but is a good workout, $10/day parking fee, need to speak with vacation club representatives to get your weekly parking pass. Note- The majority of guests at this resort appear to be 50+ years of age. A very relaxing resort but not one if you are looking for a party atmosphere. One thing we noticed is there were a number of guests we met who have been returning for 15-20+ straight years which speaks volumes about the conditions. If returning to the area I would consider staying at Palm Beach Shores Resort again.

A Wonderful Vacation at Palm Beach Shores Resort & Vacation Villas
Great Resort! Wonderful Location! Very professional and accommodating staff members! The restaurant and bar are excellent! The service is exceptional! The prices are very reasonable and the variety of what they offer is great! Their daily & nightly entertainment is excellent. Truly a great vacation destination!

Great away
We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is excellent, couldn't do enough for you. The front desk personnel were wonderful. Special thanks to Ms. Kappe, who helped us with our room and Alfredo. The resort was spotless, and the entertainment by the pool was very good. We enjoyed having dinner there and the entertainment was very good.

Great location
This is a nice, older resort. It is dated but comfortable. Good beds, wifi and TV. Lighting in the bathroom is not that good. It does not have an oven with 2-burner stove, microwave so keep that in ming if planning to cook. Not a full sized kitchen but it works. The only thing I missed is the in room W&D but we overlook that for the location. We have come back to this location multiple times because the service is great. It has an on site restaurant with good food and good prices. Very nice pool side bar, great pool but most of all...it is rigtht on the beach. The ocean here is beautiful, very clear water. We come here to slow down and get away. We have come back 3 times. The last time we got to see turles hatch and head to the ocean.
