Stay somewhere else
We arrived early and they said there was actually one room ready so we could store our luggage. We entered the room, and I was immediately sick from the odor. It wasn't just mold. It was as though something was dead somewhere. I had to exit immediately. We went back to check-in, and they took us to another room. It was passable. The hotel is so very tired. It should be torn down and rebuilt. Our room looked like it was out of the '50's and probably was. The sheets were threadbare. There is so much furniture it's almost impossible to walk around without hitting something. We had two rooms, one for us and another for our daughter. We both put money on the bed and asked to have the sheets changed. We arrived late from the Gem show and the bedding hadn't been changed. The rug in front of the sink was still turned over and there was no Kleenex. The top of the counter in the bathroom and sink and mirror weren't touched. In other words, it wasn't cleaned but the money was gone. The rugs are dirty as well. The rooms are very expensive ironically. I've paid the same for ones at the Ritz Carlton and they are opulent. The grounds are beautiful. It is their redeeming feature.

Epitome of Customer Service
This is our 4th time staying at Tucson Omni, each and every visit has been very enjoyable. We believe the greatest asset of the Tucson Omni is their staff. All of our visits have been met with professional, friendly, knowledgable and polite staff members. From the valet, concierge, front desk, environmental services...etc all share the same desire to provide excellent customer service. The staff at Tucson Omni certainly exceeds the definition of customer service.

Winter Break Trip
We stayed at the Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa as part of our family’s Winter Break trip in Arizona. It is in a pleasant neighborhood north of downtown Tucson and adjacent to 2 championship golf courses. There is a lot of open space for walking and the parking is free! The public areas were airy, spacious, inviting, and pleasant. Our room, which was larger than the typical hotel room, was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. It had a large desk, 2 chairs, and a super comfy sofa. The bathroom was palatial with a huge tub and shower. Well, nobody is perfect. There was no concierge on duty during our stay. We could have used some help navigating Tucson. Also, their dinner alternatives were limited to the high priced and high caloric Bob's Steak & Chop House or the Legends Bar & Grill with a rather limited menu. I wish the Desert Farmer, where we had breakfast, was open in the evening. All in all, we had a nice time. The Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa is a great place to stay!

Nice Omni
We stayed here a long time ago and it was fantastic. The resort is beautiful but if you aren't golfing or playing something it might not be for you. No EV chargers was disappointing. Most service was great but Omni has made cuts to their Select Guest policy that diminish appeal to us.

Rooms are very comfortable like having your own Suite
Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms and amenities. Very comfortable and large room. The coffee shop/small market is only open until noon which was disappointing. The Legends restaurant is excellent though but if I just wanted a coffee and pastry after 12:00 I would have to drive to get one.
