    Excellent service

Out of Marriot, Hilton, and Hyatt. This is my favorite place to stay. They just treated me better for the past 4 years. The rooms are definitely nice, but it’s all about services! Cristian at front desk was excellent at helping me get my room, housekeeping was on par, and funny thing, I think her name was also Cristian, lol. I’m definitely going back in May, just hope I can get a room.

Terrible service , way overpriced for the experience we had

When we arrived to the hotel , they said the room we booked with a king bed was given away because they were sooo busy. What is the point of booking a month ahead of time ? My husband and I ended up sleeping in two separate double beds , how romantic for a vacation. The Christmas brunch was amazing and food and service was incredible. Our dinner at “top draft” was terrible. They told us a server will come to our table and We sat 30 minutes waiting . We decided to go up and order the food Togo . Then only half the food came out and we ended up canceling the other half after waiting another 20 minutes . The velvet parking took over an hour and a half because they overbooked during some kind of anime convention. The elevators took over 30 minutes to come due to this reason as well , when they would come to our floor , it was already full. We ended up taking our 3 big luggage’s down 7 flights of stairs . The hotel itself was had a beautiful view and was very nice and clean . But the service was terrible and they just simply seemed overbooked .

    Lacking Customer Serivice

This hotel needs some major revamping to learn customer service. Was there for a conference and twice asked for gluten free. First day, was told that the kitchen was preparing; never got anything. On the second day, after bringing three pre-packaged gluten free brownies (this was for breakfast) which were sent back, finally got a GF roll with a butter knife that was already full of butter. Additionally, several times during the conference, the coffee ran out.

    Not worth the price

For the price I paid the room was less than desirable. No microwave, cracked mirror, broken plug in, no soap (had to request it), no trash liners, the shower had chipped enamel in the tub and it definitely wasn't cleaned properly. *Wouldn't let me post the video I took* Honestly I've stayed in 2 star hotels and paid less while still got more.

    great work trip

This hotel is in an excellent location. The room with the park view was very well appointed. I enjoyed the bed it was not too soft nor too firm. The shower was my favorite part. The heat and the water pressure were excellent. The staff was friendly even with it being a very busy conference and sport event going on. The TV had a chromecast function that let you stream your favorite shows. I loved being so close to food and entertainment you could to things near by. I will definitely stay again.
