    Wonderful Experience

The staff was amazing, particularly Summer at the front desk. She went above and beyond and left an excellent first impression that continued throughout our stay. The place is beautifully maintained and the room was comfortable and spotless. I would definitely stay here again.

Asked to be quiet in bar on a Sunday evening.

Be very careful with this place. We were trying to celebrate a wedding on Sunday Feb 16th. Arriving back at the hotel at roughly 10 PM. The entire group went to the bar area in the main lobby. There was no music. Vibe is terrible. And this is after there being a very lively scene on Friday and Saturday. Members of the group asked if we could turn up the music. We were told there is a noise ordinance or some other bs. Other members of the group were sitting outside in the bar seating, and were asked to be quiet. I guess you cant laugh and enjoy yourself in THE BAR. Celebration ruined and was over by midnight. Again...WE WERE AT THE BAR, not in rooms. Horrible horrible service.

    Tired hotel!

The property was nice, but hotel and room are in dire need of a renovation. Our room was not as clean as it should be. Tiny bathroom and shower…ocean view room. We were only there for a night, so took a mid priced room $545, plus $100, resort fee, plus parking. We did have a good dinner at Oceanside restaurant. a family of 5 with unruly children..not relaxing with a 7:15 reservation. You would think with 3 small children they might have eaten at an earlier time?? Totally disregarded that there were all adults eating around them and not controlling them. I guess the new normal these days. We are heading to Charleston and will stay 2 nights at one of the premier hotels for what we paid for our stay at the Omni..a great disappointment. We were unable to book into the Ritz as it was full..a nice property we had stayed on a prior visit.

Yea Man, Samara is the best! She was very personable and cared about our needs. She was respectful and worked very hard. Definitely coming back and hope we can be waited on by her. Personality was amazing. She needs to be in management. She is the best.

    Third time visitor

This is my 3rd time at the resort. Great experience, as usual. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Rooms were clean. Be sure to schedule your rideshare departure from the resort ahead of time, as Uber and Lyft are hit or miss and may not me in the general area.
