    Overall a pleasant experience

    I like almost everything about this hotel. It feels like this hotel is in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to some malls nearby. Many restaurants are within walking distance, as well as the beach. I only have two things to complain about. One- the parking. The parking lot is not too friendly for large cars. Two- We got billed for city view, but at 6th floor, we really were completely blocked and can't see anything besides the back of the next building. I feel like I should at least get some city view to match what I paid for.

    Nice hotel with friendly staff!!!

    We found this hotel via TripAdvisor. The reviews were very helpful. Indeed, the hotel is very nice & clean. Close to the most popular street with shops and restaurants. The staff very friendly and helpful. Recommend!!! The only thing we might suggest is do not take the last room next to the microwave that they installed in the hall because it keeps beeping non stop during the night when someone uses it. It is definitely frustrating!!!

    Waikiki Hotel Stay in December 2024

    All the staff at the Front Desk were very helpful. Pam in particular was super nice in helping us change rooms during the stay. Pam also offered the use of the hospitality room when we checked out as our flight was scheduled later that night. Very good location close to shops and restaurants.

    Conveniently located accommodations

    Good accommodation that’s centrally located in Honolulu. Very easy to get to different beaches, malls, restaurants, and the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful for all of our needs. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

    Great Staff and Good Location

    This lovely hotel is located in a great spot in Waikiki—it is an easy walk to many stores, restaurants and of course the beach. The room was clean and the fitness center was enjoyed by our whole family. The staff were super friendly and willing to give us recommendations and store baggage.
